Why does Bison get to automatically avoid Rashid's level 2? It's so obvious that they made Bison they anti meta character to sell Season 2 passes. That's called bad game design and it's rampant in these new games. They do it purpose, so you're forced to buy the new character.
And each season they will break up the meta by introducing a counter. If you played Overwatch, it was really egregious.

EX psycho crusher goes through all projectiles. The rashid player (or anyone w projectiles) should be WELL aware of this and be prepared. It is also highly punishable when blocked. Also pretty sure normal psycho crushers still get hit out of it soooo... yeah spending meter for a better move, that's how the game should be.

Nah Punk is just on fire rn, but Gachikun is for sure top 10. He won two Majors and got third at Capcom Cup bro.
