    Thanks for this tutorial! I’m a piano teacher and just got a 5 year old student! I’m Jonathan and I love your videos! I’ve been playing the piano for 20 years and been teaching for about 8 years. I’m 26 now and love teaching. Music is such a passion of mine! 😊🎹🎼🎵🎶

    Hey what is a rote piece? What book do you recommend that have rote pieces

      No it's different. Rote pieces are intended to be taught by demonstration. They are highly patterned pieces that help the student develop technique, musicianship and playing in general. Check out the Piano Safari method to see their use of rote pieces.
