wow they really pulled out all the stops for this guy. i don't think I've ever seen such extensive and careful haircut/shave/massage before. walked in looking like a college student and left looking like a business. professional from 1985 😅 although maybe the goatee wouldn't have been ok back then. i don't know This makes me dream of my time stationed on Okinawa. Shout-out to Ocean Restaurant in Henoko.

Attention and care towards the customer (in all fields) has been lost for many years now. A service like this with us is a utopia. Not even spas offer such a service. I used to vist many ma and pa stores in Japan from bakeries to grocers to general stores selling everything from lounges to clothes and everything in-between. My father was a barber in his youth and used to cut my hair until very old age. This man cuts hair just as he did Very little clippers lots of scissors

I would have tried to find it even if I didn't need a haircut. We plan on visiting Japan again in a couple of years. I'm glad I'm not his barber because as a child I cut a barbie doll's hair, and it was so horrible with a huge bald patch on the side. If I were the barber this would be more of a horror film than a relaxing one. Also, wonderful job Sir Barber; you really have a skill from God. I have frizzy, wild hair, and honestly I'd like to get my hair styled simply at this shop- if I ever were to get over to Japan. I wonder if you do hair-styling for women. I once went to a Barber in the United States, but this experience looks more peaceful and traditional to me. I may be incorrect, but I think that is the meaning here. Like for me, when I'm nervous, someone may say something similar to me; though my context of the situation would be different (the customer certainly did not look nervous) the response of 'take it easy' would be the same. I don't know if what I'm saying here- what I'm trying to explain- makes sense to others. Ah, well.

先日土曜にチェーン店の床屋に行ったものの、思いのほか刈らなすぎて出来がイマイチだったのもあり、こういう動画のようなきちんとした床屋に改めて行こうかとちかった🧐
ちなみに刈った後、鏡で後ろこんな感じと見せられたとき、以前イマイチだったのでもっと刈ってくれといったらキレられたのがトラウマで怖くて言えなかった😥
