This was my moms favorite prayer. As she lay on her death bed I played this for her. Our family prayed over her and shortly after she passed. At the same moment this video and beautiful chant also came to an end. The silence was miraculous and I knew my momma was embraced by Jesus.

I believe that is a Catholic creation, the Orthodox view is that Hell means the separation from God after death, and you can also be separated from God in life too, Abraham Hicks talks about separation from source, that is kind of the same thing. Orthodox do believe that this is the only chance though, whereas I am partial to believe we may be able to reincarnate and try again, but I don't actually know for sure. I am a big fan of Tom Campbell also, have you ever watched any of his videos??

Repentance is more than turning from sin it is also turning to Jesus in faith believing that He will have mercy. For me this is the heart of the Jesus prayer. I find that as I turn my heart mind and voice towards Jesus some of the temptations I struggle with fall away. I am only a beginner Lord grant me the mercy to persevere.

During the last days of my mother as she lay in hospital battling cancer, she would like to have this song being played on her phone by her side.
It's been 2 weeks since she passed away. It breaks me each time I start listening to this. But trying to find peace in the fact that Jesus showed her mercy and freed her from all pain by calling her Home.

Jesus took away the taste for alcohol, heroin, and pills from me. And a bit over a year ago, I quit smoking cigarettes! I read from the Desert Fathers all the time, as well as Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic monastic writings. Keeps me sane. You can do it too!
Everyone around me thinks I'm so stable with everything going good for me. It's all a show I put out, cause I dont like ppl feeling sorry for me. And I'm sorry if ppl get the wrong idea. Only Jesus understands the suffering and pain each one of us goes through. Nobody can truely understand except Jesus. Take pity on us Lord. Come swiftly to save us as our time here is short. Stand by our side, and side in our favour, so we can persevere, overcome what befolds us, and shine in your glory and honour. Remember your people O Lord and have mercy on us.
