Camino Frances: Etapa 21, León to Villavante via the Scenic Route

Stage 21 of the Camino Frances, from León to Villavante along the Scenic Route, via Villar de Mazarife (a common stopping point) and also La Virgen del Camino, Fresno del Camino, Oncina de la Valdoncina, and Chozas de Abajo (for lunch). It's a longer walk than apps and sites led us to believe!

Everybody "has their day", or days, on the Camino. Mine was in the first week or so and in that process, I met a lovely woman from Cornwall. We were fast friends for the rest of her life. I met others on the Camino that had "their day", some crying silently, some not so. That's the beauty of it; nowhere to hide, nothing to hide behind. Thank you for this! Yes, I think it can go that way, or at least, in many ways. I've had a few 'moments', some mostly pain, some a mixture of all sorts of things that don't get processed at home. I don't hide behind my camera when I'm not filming, of course ;) . Buen camino for your next one!

Sadly no! We want to go back to León and see many more things there. The shoe-mission to El Corte Inglés took a while but we loved the city and it needs a return trip.
