I just learned more about airbrushing in 15 minutes then I have watching them 50 minute, videos. I love you technique. Very detailed I'm a instant fan.
First I thought, okay, another airbrush tutorial, I saw the lines at the beginning, understand the idea, but then, it goes more and more to perfection I like pictures they do look real, it seemes to me, the flag, is moving in the wind, and is real!!!! Unbelieveable, your are a great artist!!! Many greets from Germany!!!
You do amazing work brother! I'm a novice and kind of new at airbrushing (1.5 yr) and I learn a lot from your videos. Keep em' coming brother, I'll be watching!
Thank you Ryan, very informative. Beautifully done. What's even more amazing is how you take advanced work like this and make it more accessible to people of all skill levels. Bravo brother. Bravo.
Dude, that's the best eagle detail I've seen yet. That's just awesome. You should re edit this video and put about a 5 second screen filling still shot at the end. That is outstanding.
Man, this is my first time seeing your work. You've got some honest talent there. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, but just finally getting my feet wet with airbrushing. This video was inspiring. I'll be subscribing!
Dude! your work is amazing!! Im just starting to airbrush and it's just crazy how the drwing with white , first stage, looks so freaking realistic!! Thanks for taking the time to make these videos!! seriously!
Ryan, really great job as usual man. Vids are well produced and your explanations are on point. Took something away again as I have from most your vids. Thanks and great job!
Don't usually comment on your vids, as what am I going to say? You are great, amazing, helpful, talented, etc. All the stuff you already know and have heard a thousand times before, but I'll say it anyway. Thanks
Been watching a bunch of your videos; good job! I use an iwata HP-BCS bottom feed, but use a paint cup (paasche I think the cup is) and can mix small amounts of custom tinted paint in it. I also use the premixed paints, but prefer to use the cup. I have 3 cups I switch out for quick color changes of small amounts of paint. I often custom mix larger amounts and keep them in squeeze bottles and squirt what I need into the cup. Good videos! Keep up the good work.
Great work!!!!! Thanks for the steps, east to follow. Do you use the same airbrush for the different colors you use cleaning each time you change or do you have different airbrush for each color? Thanks.
It's just fascinating to see you painting these details. I'll never be able to paint like that, but I can admire yours. What is that for a sound at 5'22'... Thumbs up.
What's up - I'm a new subscriber.. thanks for taking the time to make these vids and share your experience with us. Everything looks great and the vids really help. It's very valuable to see how other artists approach their painting. Question: If you had to do this piece again, would you paint the white stars in first like you did? Or would you just paint them after putting in the blue of the flag.. It seems that you might not have needed to paint them twice - know what I mean? Thanks again.
Hi, amazing work. I was hoping to see how the eagle was painted. It just seemed to appear all of a sudden. You sketched the whole initial eagle including the eyes? No masking?
Ryan, what size needle are u using? that eagle would look awesome overlooking a mountain standing on a tree but fully eagle ,,,, image that rocks really rocks
BeserkCustomPaint, That is Awesome. I am interested in airbrushing, but as a beginner, I really do not know where to start. If I wanted to do some airbrushing, what would you reccommend? I would like to airbrush a photo of eagle with it's wing spread out and having a American Flag and POW/MIA flag in the background on a 2 1/2 gallon tank if that is possible, and also a list of names from the Vietnam Wall on the fenders.
I just learned more about airbrushing in 15 minutes then I have watching them 50 minute, videos. I love you technique. Very detailed I'm a instant fan.
From one airbrush artist to another.. Good job. I like the way you added the finer details people don't get to see on the flag.

Thank you Ryan, very informative. Beautifully done. What's even more amazing is how you take advanced work like this and make it more accessible to people of all skill levels. Bravo brother. Bravo.
