I just went from an Optometric Technician to an Opthalmic Technician and I wasn't prepared for the learning curve! I have books and huge binders and notebooks galore but your video lectures have proved to be the most helpful learning tool I have come across. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!!
I always get excited every time you post a new video. I'm going into internal medicine and yet I look forward to your vids because I end up learning so much. Thanks!
this guy is so clever, cool, funny, and handsome. I'm glad he's not my lecturer, I won't be able to focus. but watching this through youtube helps me learn so much
I thought the red looked behind the blue. But when he started taking about focusing the light and bifocals. I thought about the fact that im Myopic/very nearsighted and am wearing glasses. So i decided to hold the computer screen close to my face. (I want to note that the length that I held the computer close to my face is also right around where I would not need my glasses to see the screen clearly. I do not know if there is any significance to that) Now the red looked like it was in front of the blue. So interesting
I think living underwater gives the octopus's eyes more protection from light, and therefore an octopus doesn't need an extra cushion of cells to prevent damage to the photoreceptors

Quite impressive. Perhaps the most informative (and entertaining) lecture I've had the fortune of discovering.
