Poly-Glaze Foiling Sheets - Tips and Tricks!

- Today, I showed you lots of tips and tricks for using Poly-Glaze Foiling Sheets, Toner Sheets and more to create beautiful foiled designs! The Poly-Glaze Foiling Sheets are a beautiful way to create detailed foiled images with not spotting, adhesive to expensive plates or equipment!
I also experimented with Distress Ink and Distress Oxide and shared how the Poly-Glaze Foiled sheets look using those inks along with Gina K. Designs Premium Dye Ink. So many options!
I also used the negative piece of foil on a ThermOWeb Toner sheet to show you how to get the reverse design using what's leftover after foiling with a Poly-Glaze sheet.
The options are endless with this fun new way to foil and there are lots more designs coming soon!

I have the Royal Sovereign machine. I use it and use copy paper with the poly glaze sheets. They come out perfect. Thank you Gina. The poly glaze sheets are awesome!

I'm so glad you came out with these poly sheets. I look forward to more designs. I keep eyeing a hot foil machine, but I just have no more room for the machine and plates! This and toner sheets give me more variety and easier to store! I can't wait to try them!

I just finished watching both videos from this week. I watch my granddaughters and sometimes there is no quiet for me to enjoy the video. I am so excited about these products and how to use them. I also thought the empty ink pad was a little funny. I can’t wait to get these products. 😊

So I was watching you live but my hubby and I were clearing out some more stuff out of my craft room so that we can paint my craft room a Clear Skies turquoise color. Plus I am getting a new desk from IKEA with 16 cubicles attached to it. My mom passed away a week after Christmas and my brother passed away a week before Christmas and I was next of kin for both. My mom left me an inheritance. So my craft room is getting a new face lift.

I know it is not a Gina K product or Thermoweb but an Australian company has coloured toner sheets that you could use the leftover sheets on

This is great! Thank you. I purchased the hot foil machine but finding it difficult to spend the money on the plates. Epic fail on my part. I can not wait to see what else you are going to bring us. This is definiately more economical.

I have been having so much fun playing with these! I used the Rainbow Shattered Glass Deco Foil on the Art Deco foiling sheet, and it's gorgeous!! Lots of color for inspiration :) I do have one question - I used silver foil (not sure what brand) on one of my Delicate Basket sheets, and the whole sheet had what appeared to be gray foil over it, with the silver cross lines?? It's actually interesting, kind of like dirty, shiny brick, but not what I expected! Has anyone else had this happen?
I love watching these lives, even though the items are hard to source here in the UK. Wish you would make some uk A5 based Master layouts as I love larger cards !!!!! Do you have any plans to move more into the UK market ?

Do I need a printer to use the minc laminator if I use Gina K stamps and fancy foils or deco foils and poly glaze sheets…I have a hot foil machine and I hate it …thinking of getting the minc…help…❤️
I thought that you implied in the Live that you can only foil with poly-glaze on white cardstock, not colors??? Can you explain?

No, I don't think the ink would adhere to the foil. Foil is non-porous. :)

Unfortunately, you can't get the Off Nova laminator from anywhere. Doesn't even show up on Amazon when you search for it. :(

Sorry to hear that! If you really want a great laminator, the OffNova ended up getting priced the same as the mini minc! Might as well get the mini minc because it's so good!

Would glassine paper work as a carrier sheet?
I don’t know, I’ve never tried it but if it’s not heat resistant, it could melt in the laminator.
Just checked Amazon and they are out.
I bought 2 different Memento ink pads in supposedly 2 different colors. The labels on the top of the ink pads say 2 different names. It has taken me several year to realize the labels on the bottom say 2 different names. After testing them side by side they are 2 different colors. So now, I have no idea what color I’m using. It’s just weird. Your opening the Distress ink pad reminded me of that.
