I have found a use for junk mail ads. Instead of using and wasting the extra cardstock on the top of the stack, I find that many junk mail ads use heavy cardstock that make the perfect spacers!!
👁️👁️. Yes, thanks for explaining LETTER PRESS so that we could “understand” the Explanation‼️ 🩵What a WOW video🩵 Your Arizona 🌵 fan, Dianne November 12, 2024
This is so cool as soon as I have emptied my desk I will give this a try. Earlier on I watched a video of yours on wax paper. I may give that a try too, maybe even combining these two techniques. You are very inspirational. Btw if the tape is too sticky, first place it on your arm or your shirt and then it will lose some of its stickiness.
before I got into card making, I made dollhouses, [which sadly I had to stop after my stroke] that art deco stencil, looks like dollhouse wallpaper I used to pay a fortune for!
The fires up here in Canada are horrible. It is a bad situation for sure. The smoke up here is unbelievable and so hard to breath. Very good advice to stay in and do cards. :). I hope the smoke ends for you soon. To think it travels that far says that our world is connected no matter what. We must make the most of it. Your videos are wonderful and keeps us connected in such a pleasant way. Thank you Gina. And Tom! 😊😊😊
I'm so sorry to hear about the smoke in the air. I know it is awful. I live in Eastern Washington. This is the first year in a long time that we have no smoke in the air. I am praying for blue skies for everyone.
Hi Gina, watching this 12 days later, sorry to hear about all the smoke coming down from Canada, no smoke here in Central Florida, but we sure do have the heat...UGHHH 😵💫 Absolutely love these techniques with the stencils, thank you for all the inspiration and creations you give us...love watching your videos ❣️🤗
I like all the backgrounds, Gina. Just had a thought, I have a couple of crafty card friends and thought what an idea to give them some as a gift. THANKS AGAIN. I do enjoy Tom's word of the day, always puts a smile on my face. Cheers
Watching replay as I found out I couldn't watch you while walking outside. I did see your card as the card was given away. Love your techniques. Card is fantastic.
I can’t wait to try this technique Gina. Just rearranging my studio and once finished I’m in! Tom your playful little tune just as Gina was beginning wood grain on the leaf stencil was delightful! Thanks for that.m
I don't have a cloud stencil but have cloud dies and kiddie crafting scissors to make some cloud/wave edges. I just love this vintage look. I just got your vintage kit so I'm trying this today. Thank you for the inspiration. Beautiful card as always.
Thank you for showing us how to emboss with stencils. I’ve never even thought of that. Good ideas. Good demonstration, but, I don’t quite understand the front of the card. The bike and the brick wall are on the outside, I’m assuming, so, if you are looking at a window, you would see the inside of the house, not clouds.

I just got the embossing mat for my big shot… can’t wait to try! Thanks for sharing so many of your great ideas with us ❤
This is genius! We have been dealing with bad storms and loss of power, makes it hard to get creative! I plan to try this technique tomorrow!
Hey yeah, no power needed. Just a little light from a window. We haven't had storms, but no sun from the smoke haze we're getting here in WI.
I love all your cards,
Thank you for showing us how to emboss with stencils. I’ve never even thought of that. Good ideas. Good demonstration, but, I don’t quite understand the front of the card. Tom, the wizard of the dead space.
Love the stencil projects! Especially the bricks.
Reminds me of the tin ceilings
Hello from Perth, Western Australia
Always enjoy your videos. I live 15 minutes from where one of those fires was!
Now I want stencils!!!
Gina I am new to your channel, Love it!
I was just watching this today. I remember that smoke. It was awful. I heard you mention you were from WI. I’m from the Waukesha County area! 😊
You make the most beautiful backgrounds. Thank you. I have been thinking "can't e letter press without the new machine?"
