These guys are the real deal, selfproduce, selfpromote, and ripping it up live. Respect and love to Pro-Pain.

Saw these guys live with Voivod in Berkeley, and I think I also saw them play with Overkill once. Incredibly tight playing live, sounded like the album but more in-your-face. Great band...

I can't imagine it's terribly difficult to play 4 notes and 2-step beats tight.

I love Prop-Pain since the begining. They is their last album with metalish elements. I don't know if I would call them metal, but their not hardcore either. They really are a hybrid.

@Spaztabular1 : As a matter of fact Pro-Pain has lots of metal flavour. It's groove metal in many parts. I wouldn't limit them to hardcore just because their from NY.

it isn't very metal to argue the aspects of what constitutes metal, it's all kick ass and genre really only matters to tool bags that completely immerse themselves within it due to a lack of personal talent in relative area, so becoming an "aficionado" gives them the confidence needed to compensate for their own lack of originality... sorry if it stings

Klimchuck, one of the guitarists...said that Pro-Pain is a "rock & roll" band.
He's actually influenced by the Bee Gees.

Bad option - no bass. The audiotape was better in 1996. Normal quality must be spread.
