- At my wedding reception my dad surprises my new husband and I by signing a beautiful song. I am a sign language interpreter so this meant the world to me. He said it took him the entire year I was engaged to learn how to sign this song.

It's never too late to send this to your baby girl. I was a mum of 3 living overseas when my Dad sent it to me. I'm forever thankful he did. Now that he's gone, it makes me feel closer to him when times are hard.

If you are a father to a married daughter... or are human... you will cry. His performance is, in my view, epic fatherhood in action... beautiful. Watched again... and I must say, that men, fathers, have as your goal, to have your daughter, your wives, feel the way this bride is feeling. Her expressions and whole being is simply priceless. I have a beautiful young daughter who is 12 years old and I love her more than my own life, she means the world to me since she was conceived and i first held her in my arms. I could be wrong, but I believe he is saying, that a father that would do this kind of gesture to show his love for his daughter at the wedding has probably done things like this her whole life. He has always shown her he loved her- not just with money or traditional ways. He is warning people that sometimes there are more ways to express love for one another, and if I am correct- what he means is that simply providing financially and "looking after" her won't be enough. She's been taught to have a deeper relationship with loved ones.

I can't begin to tell you how many times I have watched this video over the years and it still chokes me up everytime I watched it. I have shared it many times with both male and female friends, they all loved it as well. My younger brother has a daughter that he would love to see her settle down and get married but realizes that it may never happen as she is a drug addict and he got very emotional over this video realizing that it may never happen. Very sad for my younger brother.

I have been watching this over and over again for the past couple of days, I am trying to see how many times it will take before it doesn't make me cry. I have watched this video so many times. It shows Genuine and Unconditional love this Dad has for his daughter. You can see it in this man's face and body language the love he has for his daughter. This video still gives me goosebumps!
