What about asking too many questions? Something like, "I ask too many questions. I fear that it may have people think I am incompetent, but really I have learned that it has helped me to be better at learning my job. It also allows me to help the next person and not be flustered if say I hadnt known how to answer their question." Would something like that be okay?

I’ve watched sooo many of your videos in the last few weeks to prepare.. (along with rehearsing my answers.) I was selected for a supervisor position at my work but to seal the deal I have to interview with my district manager….the interview is later today!! I’m extremely nervous, mostly worried that my anxiety will show physically. but with your help I hope I can nail this!

Hi Richard, I really appreciate your advices. I would like to hear your opinion about my answer for this question. So I say: my greatest weakness is picking the longer and more detailed way, other than the shorter and faster way if dealing with issues. But im working on it and recently I have started to consult with more experienced people about the right way, also im learning how to prioritize time and afficiency over less important details of a specific issue.
I think this is a good weakness, but I would not use the wording "right way", instead I would say "the most efficient way for the business". You can then mention, you as you are commercially aware, you understand this is important.

Today I passed the final interview and HR asked me to provide 2 of 3 evidence below: 12 recent payslip, contract/offer letter, tax bill of previous company. Do you think that is normal. Because my previous salary is really low so I'm not happy with that request. How should I response to that request. Is it normal if I expect the salary double because of the JD, scope of work, workload for new position?
if you are for example applying for a pilot job, any of these weakness is a guaranteed dealbreaker. You should have criticized these answers too. Overall, the interview mostly assesses your social skills. Technical skills are assessed through other tests. So it is best to stay away from weaknesses that lower your social skills or your ability to work in a group.

Congratulations on passing! That is unusual in my experience. You could accept the job offer and also ask them why they need these things?

I would recommend using a weakness that would not impact the role you're applying for :)

In my last interview my interviewer asked after I told her about my weaknesses: "OK, well done on memorising the tips from CareerVidz, now please tell me about YOUR real weaknesses". This was the most embarrassing moment I've ever experienced during an interview. Any tips what to do in such situations?
