I was recently watching a video about David Hawkins' Map of the Human Consciousness where it listed shame, guilt, apathy, and grief below fear. I've been hearing a lot of talk about letting go of fear recently. That video made me realize I need to let go of those states of being as well. This video will assist with that process. That's beautiful! I use the map of consciousness as well for a lot of things! It's a great map and simplified tool. I can highly recommend the book Letting Go by David Hawkins!

Hi, I'm New to your channel. I was moved by this video. I felt it. I was wondering if you can do more videos for meditation. Help us learn to meditate the way that helps us better reach out light and potential. I don't have allot of money so can't do all these workshops and it's frustrating because why do poor people have to suffer and those who have money learn how to do these things. So I appreciate the videos on RUclips for us who cannot afford to do allot or get out of house due to handicap or whatever. Thanks so much
