We are not a secret society, we are a society with secrets, and the secrets are as someone else mentioned a way of recognising the true masons, we are not a dangerous society but hope to make our selves and the people around us more sympathetic and caring of others regardless of their beliefs.
Absolutely love your channel. Cannot be understated, truly you and yours have put on some incredible presentations. It's been on constant shuffle and repeat in the past few months. I've tried looking in all the common places but don't see anything... is YT the only place to financially support you?
Thanks for the lovely comment and the support. I only have YT monetised at the moment. If time and work commitments permit I have lots of ideas for expanding the channel, maybe Patreon, but that will have to wait for now. I'm currently updating the website and adding podcasts and additional content - stay tuned 😊
real question; do you at any point have to swear secrecy about anything in Freemasonry, or are you allowed to freely speak of all things inside of it at will; from the rituals, to the initiations and degree work, to the true beliefs held by those who have participated all?
Yes, we do have secrets that we are obligated not to share with non-masons. I am careful to ensure that these are not inadvertently referenced in my videos 😊
@@FromtheQuarries So, if i may ask; which of course you are not obligated to answer, are these secrets related to the divinity of man and the immortality of each man? or are they tied more into the ritualistic practices/ handshakes/ and degree work? Personally i’ve always heard freemasons say that their goal is the enlightenment of man, in which it seems completely counterintuitive to keep secrets because you’re hiding all the actual truths worth learning behind degrees and secret initiations, instead of preaching and spreading the word. Why do you think Freemasonry hasn’t opened the doors to vaults of its knowledge now that we’re in a day and age that most would accept the knowledge given? To me it seems like its reasoning is more along the lines of the Bacchanalian/mithraic/Druidic cults where the knowledge is only hidden so that those in the higher rungs can feel not only superior, but literally be so due to the knowledge they have of their own immortality. Or would you say the secrets are more along the lines of the true nature of the Lord Gods being? seeing as the G and the square and compass line up to mean a lot more than Geometry lol.
@@FromtheQuarries so are they mainly the handshakes and different methods of identifying a mason? or is it something deeper more akin to the true nature of mans divinity and our connection to the divine?
@@FromtheQuarries well thats fair😂 mainly i ask because im interested in joining and meeting some likeminded individuals, i just tend to take the socratic angle where id rather not join if id then have to be sworn to secrecy about a subject such as the true nature of the human soul and what not; otherwise if its just a handshake or two like my pops says i couldn’t care less, thanks for responding!
I ask this of the creator of this video not in an antagonistic, confrontational, or “poo-poo’ing” fashion; just as a humble person seeking understanding: How do you know? The concepts you present as factual in this video… How do YOU know this to be true? How COULD you know? This isn’t meant to be rhetorical. I would be very appreciative of an answer to the best of your ability. Thank you. Best wishes.
Thanks for the question The text presented in this video was written by Jirah Buck in 1911. As he repeatedly states, it is a description of personal experience. Sadly he is no longer with us to answer your question, but his work forms part of a long historical tradition of revelatory, transcendental experience stretching back millennia. He wrote extensively on this type of topic and much of his work is freely available online. You could start by looking here: onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/webbin/book/lookupname?key=Buck%2C%20J%2E%20D%2E%20%28Jirah%20Dewey%29%2C%201838%2D1916
Thanks for your response.👍 I appreciate it. I love your RUclips channel. Outstanding enlightenment. And presented extremely well. Have a great day. Kind regards. 😄
@@FromtheQuarries I agree!! There’s bad idealism where ideas are more important than a person, where the ideas are viewpoints, but idealistic good is a very desirous trait! I have idealism taken to extreme, where it’s mean, hateful and equivalent of a disease along with a lot of ignorance and narrow mindedness .

Great to hear. Enjoy the journey!
Grateful for taking us on the journey of the spirit of freemasonry.❤

That was probably the best summary of freemasonry and the mystery teachings.
Thank you for all the work you put into these videos
Fantastic. I was moved to find the oldest print I could online and order it. A 1946 reprint. Thank you Brother.
That's Fantastic. I only have the pdf myself. Another work to add to my purchase wishlist!
This is, what the Brotherhood needs to hear. It says it all. Well Done 👍👍👍💯

If an individual chooses to be ignorant, truth itself will be a great secret.

Thank you so much!

Curiously when one publishes any "secrets", they are no longer secret!

Just to add to my inquiry above: Who determined this to be true? When was this determined? And by what means was this determined? Thank you.
Thanks for the question

This is in theory and ideals, real world is another story is it not?
Sadly yes, but idealism is a fine attribute to possess!
