    Can you please tell us how you really feel? I mean I think you kind of liked it, but I am not sure. All kidding aside, your demo is the first one I have seen that did not crank the gain and distortion up so much I thought I was listening to drums. Great job. Thanks for posting.

    How does it feel playing in the classical position? Does the strap button dig into your thighs painfully? Does it feel as comfortable as other regular shaped guitars?

    Hallo Justin,
    How strong is the output of the pickups and can these also used for dynamic breakup sounds? Is a treble bleed at the volume included?
    Danke&Grüße Clemens

    Can that bridge take heavy gauge strings? Like a low 080?

    I'm hoping for Ibanez to release an 8 string version of this. Is it possible for that to happen anyway? Hehe

    Gibt es schon Infos darüber wieviel die Gitarre genau wiegt? Konnte leider bisher nichts dazu finden.

      Pretty good but they are not made in Japan (Prestige model).

    Do you think this model would be suitable to use for drop G tunings with appropriate strings?

    • @kenwayaiden4535
      @kenwayaiden4535 Год назад

      looks like this is a 25.5 scale... I am also thinking about buying this guitar and tune to drop g

    He's nice.

  • @chadmarx7718

    I think the 25.5 scale for the low b is ridiculous. They should've made the nut 90 degrees but it still fans gradually to the bridge, just like strandbergs. So that at least the low b gets some extra scale length

      It's fine. On my 8 string guitar (27 inch scale length), I have a .59 gauge string for the 7th string and it's tuned down to A and the tension is tight enough, that it produces a tight sound, but is still bendable. The 7th to 5th strings on that guitar are actually the ones I like the most tension-wise.
      To get in the same ballpark here you'd need about a .64 on a 25.5 inch scale length. D'addario sells packs of strings with a .64 for the 7th string (I'm going to go with the one in their NYXL range they designed for Strandberg).
