There’s nothing exceptional that IIMs teach about business but yes you get a good understanding of how big businesses are build.

I Actually Laughed not gonna lie when you told that 2nd year is gonna be light. I mean that's why i want to go IIM and learn as much as i can.
Your Video just proved that's its gonna be tough which makes exciting and fun to learn there, honestly idc how much work pressure i will get in 1st year its all about how much you gain experience.
Once you get a satisfaction of the experience you learned throughout the day 2-3 hours sleep is also enough( saying from my school and college hectic projects experiences but still IIM level might be tougher)

Yes, ~6 months are more than enough to crack CAT if someone is consistently putting efforts on their preparation. Also, don't focus too much on marks, they will vary according to the difficulty level of the exam.

100% attendance is compulsory in all IIMs. Except that only 20% medical or emergency leaves are given to the students.

There is no 'guarantee' as such. Still, almost all the IIMs and other major B-Schools have 100% placements :)

My profile is 10/5/7, sociology (hons)Will iim accept with 5 in 12th and will my low score in 12th affect my placement?
I am preparing for CAT but my purane paap(12th score) keeps haunting me. I am doing extra course on financial analytics and modeling to make compensate for low score. Maybe will also do NSE course and python.
In one word i’ll say it won’t.
This year Most of the IIM’s have 12th aan 10th Marks there weight-ages have been decreased to 5 marks each for final composite score.
So, there’s nothing much to worry abt it’s just u may expect interview questions on it but there are various ways u can defend it by showing ur growth after 12th including extra co curricular activities and online courses.
At the end just put in effort to score good percentile in CAT that’s what in ur hand.
