sapling trees are a bitch to get going, i found it best to strart them in the spring in 5 gallon spackle buckets, keep them close to the house to take care of them, triple 10 fert & bone meal in the soil, come fall i plant at the location. some triple 10 around tree than add plenty wood chips and fence.
So green… like that stream…stock with browns…does Jeep make a zero turn..lol …fancy ride you got there to play 19 holes.
I did stock 100 Rainbows last spring. When fishing, I catch Browns? If all else fails, yes I can hit the course!
That looks like a nice trout stream, clean water. Did you ever get in contact with USFW about a stream improvement project?
The stream is great, I’m still working on the improvements…..
Did you start plans to get any beef yet? I agree you have to be prepared in case something happens..
I’m still working on the cattle plan, but glad the fields are getting back in shape. I want everything to be right for the first animals.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely try it.
