1:02 hello Alex thankyou for bringing all your knowledge to us and the way you explain everything in simple understandable way hopefully people in general will look at things a bit different and I'll finish as i started thankyou and regards 👍🍻🍻🍻🤝
All splendid
This guy sounds like an NFL primetime announcer!
Love the videos!
I kept scratching my head at 'field rheostat' until I saw the diagram then I got it. Also I feel like any competent person who's fired a boiler (or indeed operated literally ANYTHING) more than twice would know how it reacts under operating conditions. Like the shrink and swell of water in a boiler. That's something i only learned recently, and I'll probably forget it if and when I ever fire a boiler, but it's something I'd learn awfully quick when I'd see it happen.
Fascinating
Totally awesome!!!
I wonder if I can make one of these. I might give it a shot.
Do it, if you need advice I am here.
I will keep that noted, thanks.
Thanks for this
I lover your videos.. keep them up please.
I think I bought rail from this guy and his friends in RI

I'm so pleased to have found your channel. Where in the world are you?
New England, US.
@@AEKarnes Thanks for your reply, I hope you pass your knowledge to the next generation
@@AEKarnes I can see Ellenroad Mill chimney from my house here in England, UK. My grandmother worked for Ellenroad Mill. They recently had work done on the chimney, it looked like the whole thing was re-pointed.
These video bring the oldest but the only foundation of mechanical engineering to new era and don't let the manking forget, no matter young and senior, great presentation and field preparation, and most important the brave to operate and demonstration of steam power used in marine application.
It nearly sounds like a diesel/petrol engine!
I seem to suffer from "shrink" myself!
