Really enjoy listening to Joe and how he breaks things down. Takeaway from this game for me is forwards need to be more dynamic, we need to improve our field management and we need to be able to shift up a gear. We often revert to being static and often passing to the middle pod forward standing still and get forced backwards. Again maybe the weather influenced that a lot today. Would love to see Flook and Wright being involved a lot more. I get Joe likes to play off 9 and likes a 9 with a big boot but I prefer a more up tempo 9 and a running threat like McDermott playing more off 10. We’re quite easy to read at the moment but that will improve I’m sure as we don’t typically have the cattle to bash down the front door. Great to have a couple of wins and great to have a sensible coach.

Well done Wallabies - They will do very well under this brilliant coach, Joe. Great coach and very good man. Actually, very good to see both the All Blacks and Wallabies come out with strong if not brilliant performances and beat northern hemisphere sides. There is always a worry that Aus & NZ will get left behind with the ‘main competition’ being in the northern hemisphere!

The difference a good coach makes is evident these guys went from getting smoked by Wales under Eddie Jones to getting two wins over them under Joe Schmidt. A lot of it is just down to making smart selections, but can’t look away from the clear change in tactics. Great to see the wallabies back to winning ways and looking forward to seeing how they compete in the rugby championship

Big result for Georgia but i've always had respect for Georgia. The only former Soviet Occupied Country to really come to grips with Rugby. Never forget when they ran the All Blacks hard at the 2015 RWC. The heroic Mamuka Gorgodze was named man of the match. They won 2 games in that World Cup. Sadly in 2024 part of their Country is Russian occupied again so they cant select a full team. They cant even resist for fear there been fully occupied.

Need to bring back the OS players. Skelton best maul defender in the game. He and Latu also playing well for La Rochelle. And add weight to the scrum. Samu also playing well for Bordeaux and Arnold for Toulouse.
Need to change the centres to foketi and Lenny and need to bring in Kerevi and Marika.
Tom Wright was woeful again under the high ball. Same last week. He needs to go for the young QLd fullback with Reece Hodge back in to give kicking option.
Donaldson needs to be first choice 10 with Lynah and bring QC into the squad to help the young 10s.
Last issue is props. Bell and Thor are good enough for SA but others not as good and need 6 competitive scrummaging props so get Faamisili off to France to learn to scrum better and hopefully schoupp recovers.

Because you need to win. This team will not win against the top 5 teams. The women’s state of origin got more views than any of these games. So need to do what they can to win asap.
South Africa has 6x the depth in player numbers and they select globally so your point is not proven out. Same in football. Also it allows SA rugby to put player payroll for the top players on the OS clubs and diverts money to domestic comp. Quite basic stuff.

I care and I'm a Wallabies fan. There's still a lot of us in Oz and we saw that in the healthy crowd attendance at both games against Wales. Rugby Union in Australia needs to rebuild from gross mismanagement over the last 15 years. We live in a very competitive footy environment with Aussie Rules, rugby league and soccer. But we'll get back to where we were as one of the elite teams in the world and I'm hopeful Joe Schmidt is the one to take us there. The Wallabies have always punched above their weight at international level with the exception of the last several years.

The All Blacks, SA, France, Ireland, England will put 50 points on the Wallabies. Why? Wallabies do not have the skills or abilities to compete with those teams. Particularly in defence. To think Wales & Georgia are rugby “powerhouses” is delusional. Wales are completely rebuilding. Welsh maul tore Wallabies forwards apart. Let’s see what happens against SA and All Blacks. Let’s be realistic.
