Fun fact: That was Lisa's fastest rap, she spat 52 sylabes in 8 seconds, basically 6.50 syllables per second, and she hit 11 syllabes in 1 SECOND thats impressive... wich is funny cuz she usually does more slow rap/flows, in a lot of blackpink songs her raps are Always with slow flows or a little bit fast, but THAT is probably her best rap for sure, began so slow and then BOOM super fast!! It DID win a VMA!! It was EPIC!! And it was especially satisfying because it was HER that won it. She was the first member to really get full on attacked by trolls. They knew it would happen. Everyone involved KNEW they would get attacked putting a Thai girl on stage as a Korean Idol. Koreans look down on Thai, just like Japan looks down on Koreans. There's a pecking order. Another awesome review :) You nailed it right on the head when you said in your comments about individually they can stand on their own and especially Lisa she just has that something special. But, she has also worked very hard to achieve and get to where she is now. They all have. But it is that individual talent they all have which when combined makes BlackPink so powerful. Jisoo has sung a solo song not a original one but a cover of a song she Sung "Clarity" very beautifully if you were not aware of this one. Jisoo is the only member of the group to not have a solo as of yet. Today is the first day of their tour and first concert in Seoul. I wish them all success and hope that the tour goes well for them all not just as a group but individually too but most importantly they and those who go to their concerts stay safe and have an awesome time!!!!.

If you watch behind the scenes making of this video, La Lisa, guess who is there behind the scenes?? The other 3 members are there supporting her. It's kind of shocking,.. this friendship that is beyond explanation. They practice 14hrs together, often go home together, spend meals and off times together, hang out together,... they say they are like sisters. But NO ONE spends THAT much time with other family members. This is much more than family here. It's more like a 4 way committed relationship. WHO spends THAT MUCH TIME with coworkers/friends??? For example, in Lalisa there are even lots of little things she puts in there for fun that most people don't catch the first time through. In her first rap scene with the police, if you go back and watch it, she's not with the police...she's with the "Polisa". That scene is immediately followed by the Pole Lisa. She also likes to shout out her friends, group, country and so on. One of her friends is nicknamed "Bam Bam" and she does some double entendre with that and the "Flintstones" in the fast part of her rapping. She's from Thailand and so she put in a beach bungalow scene (Thailand being famous for beaches) and also a traditional Thai temple scene where she's wearing a gold traditional Thai costume and crown with a backdrop that is modeled after a famous temple in her hometown (Buriram, Thailand). Her "Money" (exclusive performance) video is a dance-focused performance video and the song is a humorous take on over-the-top hip-hop flex songs about money. In it she has a few scenes where she's dressed up like a version of Harley Quinn.
