Loved your presentation and your humour. Thanks. At 72 I'm intensifying my journey of self sufficiency, and healthy living. I'm looking forward to learning sourdough bread baking. I think the mill is the next item on my list.
I would advise against re-milling flour to make it finer. Running it through a grain mill won't significantly change its texture. Additionally, the flour can become clumpy or sticky due to the heat generated during milling, which can lead to buildup on the steel or stone burr. - Before you mill a full batch of grain, mill a small sample at the finest setting. If you find that your grain mill won't mill to the fineness you desire, it might be time to upgrade to a more capable grain mill. That's one reason why I moved from the "Ugly", then to the "Bad", and finally to the "Good". - Thank you for your question and keep watching.

It's never too late to start making sourdough bread; we just started about two years ago. Thank you for your kind comments. - Have a merry Christmas!
Thanks for the heads up on the “bad”
Thank you for watching the video and your comment. Yes, the "bad' worked for me, but there was a bit of a risk factor.
