I think you have found one of the secrets to having a wardrobe that works. A cohesive wardrobe is more functional! You don’t need a lot of items, you need items that go well together ❤

Decluttering is so therapeutic. I find that the less I own, the more creative I get with styling each piece!

I was very surprised when you said you were a soft gamine. I definitely pegged you for a soft classic (with a very slight natural and maybe ingenue essence)...you don't look as short as I interpreted SG's, and the wide leg or longer dresses/skirts don't overwhelm your figure.

Grrl, a frayed bottom hem on jeans is vastly easier to tailor than a finished hem! Just a cut and a straight stitch to prevent too much fraying! Call your tailer.

uniqlo semi-recently made a ribbed mini tshirt but most of mine have deformed and lost their shape :( the regular mini tees are doing a lot better!

I hate having to buy something new only to de lutter because it didn’t meet my expectations! It’s still a challenge being a conscious consumer if we can’t truly predict the long term quality of a piece.
