For some reason, Disneyland Paris always gets the best nighttime firework/projection shows. This is better than any show at the other Disney parks. But, I think Disney Dreams was the all superior show.
@woollimy To be fair, Dreams and Illuminations projection came so much earlier to Paris than Happily ever After in Florida. Wishes had almost no projection and just castle illumination and ran for ages. Paris was well ahead of the game compared to WDW. Naturally, since HEA started years later it would indeed have more modern projection equipment and mapping. The tempo and layout of Illuninations is just better in Paris than HAE is in WDW, even if it has crisper projections and more fireworks - unfortuantely in the USA they tend to think quantity trumps quality,
Disney dreams was the superior show as it had story, this does not, this show is a staple of Disney shoving IP down our throats. We should have a great show with story but no.
@@TERMINALFlamingOcean well this is just a copy of Shangai Disneyland's nighttime show, which is designed for the Chinese market and for a new Disneyland. I don't know why Disney decided to copy and paste a show designed for a new park and just pasted it on another park. Ignite the Dream was made for the Chinese since Disney has to re-establish their characters, hence the amount of IP they have to squeeze into the show. Which I understand since they have to make sure that they would have a market for their investment. I won't include Once Upon A Time that debuted in Tokyo that was pasted to the Magic Kingdom as a pre-show since it's basically the same castle and the purpose was different.

Wow, this video have an excellent quality and position!! I think that Disney Illuminations is the best nighttime show, the water fountains, fire, lazers, fireworks and especially the projections on the castle create a magical atmosphere. In others show like Happily Ever After or Disney Dreams there are more fireworks but this one is more special. I love this show...thanks for share :)

Then you should definitely check out the debut version of Ignite the Dream in Shanghai Disneyland since it's original version of this show, with some differences. Sadly Ignite the Dream had to be reduced the following years since pollution in Shanghai was getting real bad, hence the reduction of pyrotechnics, but the debut and pre-debut versions were good. Any video released around May 2016 has the best pre-debut versions and June 2016 had the debut version with the post show fireworks with large shells.

I prefer Shanghai's version (the debut version, cuz the next few months and years were kinda bad ngl because of the pyrotechnics reduction due to pollution) because of how massive the castle is and that they have shells than just comets. turcj Star Wars did feel out of place. Yet the darkness in the background really felt like you were in space. But a magical fairytale castle and space doesn’t go together.
I don’t want any fight but I will always be a big fan of Florida Disney because I believe that the Paris one is the fake and Walt Disney made Florida Disney and nothing can beat the happiest place on earth
