why are you in so much hurry ? she will take her own time . Also don't lift her with holding only her hands . it strains her shoulders. i have seen an incidence where the baby's shoulder was dislocated due to this type of lifting . Be careful .
I had a twin sister that walked very early. Meanwhile I didnt walk until I was 18 months old. A likely reason is that my sister fetched everything I wanted. No hurry to walk! That could be the case here.

You might have a dr check and see if her hips are aligned properly because of the way her left foot goes extremely sideways.
