Cool video! I used to live in Wichita many years ago, but now currently live in Hutchinson. The place you guys went out to eat at, is in the Old Town area in downtown. For those who have never been to Wichita, it's not a "town", it's a very large city. There's a crap ton of things to go see and do there if you know where to look. Wichita is a vastly growing city known for it's aircraft production and is called "The Air Capital of the World" due to being the largest aircraft manufacturer in the world at one point. I honestly don't know if Wichita is still leading in aircraft manufacturing today, but I do know that over the years there has been tremendous layoffs and closures in the industry there. Also, Wichita is considered the largest city in the state of Kansas other than Kansas City, which is on the Kansas/Missouri border and most of Kansas City is in Missouri. The population of Wichita is right over 395,600 people and the metro population is over 644,800 people. And the "Not too busy" you guys mentioned is literally due to the "pandemic". It's a lot slower right now due to many staying home.

Wichita is where Chance manufacturing is... We used to go there all the time back in the day Chance manufacturing is one of the largest facilities that makes amusement rides...
River city brewery is one of the first micro breweries in Wichita. First opened when I couldn't legally drink, had to wait several years before I could try its beverages. :(
Actually saw some nifty presswork equipment like my employer uses. Saw what looked to be the press part of a progressive stamping line (7:28, behind the end of the big lathe), and a big blank flipper (the big round thing @ 7:55). Fun stuff. That humvee was also pretty cool... I'm a bit of a sucker for old military vehicles.
Honda Generator. My cousin taught me that if an electrical load is constant, say a motor that runs a steady RPM, that economy throttle mode is the way to go. If however, you're using a 1/2" drill, running, stopping, running again, hight torque loads, then turn economy off. I've used it on my generator. --Keep 'em coming Abbey and Adam. Thank you.

I am a retired machinist and tool maker and a native Kansan. I worked in a small shop that primarily made aircraft parts prior to going to work at Boeing in Wichita in their engineering laboratory.
