The way Wei presents his theories would make you believe them like crazy. I still cant get over his theory about the Dendro archon being Baizhu since Dendro slimes copy what the Archon does. Dendro slimes hides under the ground correlates to Baizhu hiding in Liyue 😅 But in all seriousness, the part on Paimon, its actually alarming how she’s starting to show red flags. Like how she always reminds that oh arent we a great team something like that
Tbf, it's less that Paimon is showing red flags, and more that she realizes that at some point, the Traveler will screw off into the heavens with their sibling and leave her. The interesting part is that Paimon is a demon name, just like all the Gods of Teyvat have one. And what Paimon (The demon) is most known for is his undying loyalty to Lucifer. Also know as: The Morningstar. So unlike most people who think she's the Unknown God and you're gonna fight her as the last boss, or that she's gonna stab you in the back at the end, etc. I'm of the opinion that Paimon is not gonna betray you, and is instead the one who serves as the witness for you. Just like you're serving as the witness for everyone else, and she's the one who carries on your story and tells the world of your deeds and carries on your legacy once you peace out. That is IF you peace out, if instead you turn out to become the new God or remain in Teyvat, then she would become your first priestess, or sage, or disciple, etc.
I fully believe there will be something after the "Teyvat Chapter". The lore just plays into that idea too well. Whether it be time travel, a new samsara, or a parallel world, i dont know. But i have a feeling the end wont be the end.
yeah, similar to how hoyo made honkai impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, and Honkai star rail all parallel universes, or the tree in HI3 that contains different universes? i never played the game so im not sure, but i wonder if the traveler will ever go to planets or universes we see in other games, or like the express crew go to teyvat (herta already has, seeing there is a windglider in the ship)

However after Fontaine I think they are planning to use the traveler like a battery, and that's why they are letting him complete his journey around Teyvat. But Wei theory is pretty cool :D
Hmmm. Not quite. As stated by Neuvillete the visions aid the archons directly once the allogenes are no more. That is why he decided to hand down visions as well. He wants that benefit too. (whatever that is). Also Furina being the first individual to recieve a bision from his is top tier move. Neuvillete is the best sovereign 😊 ! The only thing that sucks is that the archons do not have the freedom of choosing which individuals to give visions to. But I ro believe much like how the 3rd decender's remains became the gnosises , the Traveler too has some sort of planed role to fulfill. And I also do believe that whatever that roleay be it will be aiding the Primordial one.
Want my own deduction? Each archon or "usurper" has a demonic name from the book of Solomon. The name Paimon is of the strongest demon , the *first* demon, who is get this: ruler over legions of other demons. At this point is obvious Paimon is the primordial one or at least connected to them (like a puppet on strings , as stated by that Melusine). And she sticking with us is also on purpose. The Traveler gets stronger and stronger and more connected with the elements the more they travel! I do believe Paimon is somehow siphoning on that power even right now.
@@purple66666 I agree, the visions conceded by Neuvillete are special. But the other ones had a "price" or so Lisa said, and theorically once we fullfill our vision, the Archon who conceded our Vision would be compensated.

Wei is probably the only lore content creator i follow in genshin impact community. Idk why his edits are so hilarious and make sense at the same time.
After hearing the Deshret is Irmin theory and Candace not only not having star pupils but a golden eye I feel for whatever reason Irmin, Zhongli, Traveler and Sustainer are related by creation to Nibelung Also the sustainer has red white black and gold on her. Chalk, Gold, Crimson Moon and Eclipse but also the stages of alchemy. Khaenrians are theorised to be created by dragons from alchemy and we know they were working together to drag traveller into orbit And if Irmin doesn't have star pupils only golden eyes, the Traveler is a symbol of Lucifer, the pearl in the BP is Nibelung's dragon pearl and the snake is also supposed to be Lucifer then we are probably an alchemical creation / one of Nibelung's stars to inherit this world
Btw, from Wei's theory here, since Paimon is still alive but in a weakened, reduced state, and the Sustainer's (and Istaroth's) inactivity since 500 years ago in lore, isn't it possible that the Sustainer is in a weakened unresponsive state as well? Not that they're dead yet, but they may be in the future... Also it would mean the Heavenly Principles was attacked and overthrown in the course of the cataclysm to end up as Paimon just as Rebecca (Paimon's representation) was attacked and thrown into the sea by her husband... So who represents Paimon's (Heavenly Principles') "husband" here? Dainsleif? Pierro?
I love Rebecca, however I found never of thought of that. I find his latest one about the 3rd descender is very interesting.... I love all theories concerning Genshin. Thanks Bran!
Paimon also refers to herself as a goddess in the new Freminet event. Granted we are “pretending” but we’ve been instructed to take it seriously and make it reflect legend 😳 I’m thinking this vid is onto something maybe not every detail but overall 🤔
This is particularly interesting to me, because immediately after the 4.2 Archon quest I theorized that the Heavenly Principles are either dead, severely hurt or incapable of acting in any way whatsoever. At some point the game is gonna give us reason to sympathize with Celestia/The Heavenly Principles, this is a way too long running story for them to simply be bad guys for the sake of it.

@the9xgamer244 interesting, this does give a lot to think about, but I don't think we can use it as an example of a traditional samsara like in sumer archon quest and in HI3. Rather its more like finding a pattern in teyvats history and using the term to connect them as similar events, like how one could call the rise and fall of civilizations in human history a cycle. There's no hard reset like in a samsara, In a traditional sense but an event being repeated over the course of a single life, the details are different but the beginning and end mirror each other.
how about another crazy theory .. the "Teyvat" that Traveller woke up on and is touring isn't the original Teyvat that brother and sister first landed on (before the game-start mid-air battle).
I kind of thought something similar at one point back when I was thinking about Irminsul as a massive supercomputer (basically) and how Celestia/Sustainer might be protecting Teyvat by acting as an antivirus and quarantining bad data. What if the Sustainer's blocks are basically doing that? We are quarantined off in a sandbox somewhere that looks like the world we knew but...isn't. (I hate the whole "it was all a dream/simulation" thing but still, I wonder). This also began to percolate in my mind back when Caribert was saying something about feeling like he'd been hiding in a box or something to that effect. But it could also be why the sibling is a "part of the world" when the Traveler isn't because the sibling we see was created in the sandbox and isn't actually our real sibling. It's entirely possible in this state that we're basically in parallel sandboxes going through the story at the same time and maybe at the end we break out and team up or...something. I never got that far in fleshing this out, haha.
@@anaplaysstuff I like parts of that idea. It also corresponds with plot points in each of the regions so far. In Sumeru when we see the empty dreams of the people, Nahida point out that the entities within are like puppets- 'Filler' there to keep the dream running. Then this puppet thing with Scaramouche explores the idea of what it means to be 'alive'. Are the people of Teyvat 'real', or are they just actors on the stage. Nahida's first quest deals with a guy trying to rebuild his dead wife using what is essentially AI powered by people's brains. As Furina points out, it doesn't matter, because in their eyes they ARE real. But what about freedom? As artificial intelligence, what does it mean to be free. Eternity by just keeping the world alive is not right, and only by the people within 'dying', can things move forward (as Liyue archon quest points out), and have meaning. Eternity for the sake of just keeping people alive is just stagnation. But as Venti and Zhongli point out, the journey itself has meaning (even if everyone dies), and if the Traveller remembers, then their history will not be lost. They are alive within his/her memory. Venti relaying the song to the Traveller in his quest now has greater meaning. He is telling the Traveller to 'see the world on my behalf', the real world; 'to the heavens may you fly'. In that way, the Traveller is a little like Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd. It also means the ending is gonna be pretty tragic, though there are probably real world counterparts to the 'characters' of Teyvat?
My Kcarc Pot theory: The Traveler is Dain and the Abyss Sibling (AS) is the Sustainer. When we reach Celestia, something would happen that makes Paimon does some timemy wimemy busiz that pushes the Sustainer and Dain into a new samsara and reversing their forms to the traveler and AS. Meanwhile, the AS would be turned into the Sustainer, and the traveler would be thrown back down from Celestia and landing into the new samsara and taking the name of dain. Thus, the loop continues.
There isn't 1 wei video that I can't point out as wrong! My brain absorbs this information as certain because there's no way such a good theory wouldn't be true!! I was happy that Bran decided to watch his theories, because I've been watching Wei for a long time. Thanks Bran ❤
Representatives of the Heavenly principles, as it has already turned out, are descenders, that is, not belonging to this world, therefore they cannot decrease in size since this is a feature of creatures belonging specifically to Taivat, just like erosion, all these are laws imposed by Celestia. In turn, these conventions do not apply to those who have descended, so the theory that Paimon is an unknown goddess from the beginning of the game looks like a bundle of contradictions. But this may not deny her connection with Celestia, she may still belong to an ancient race or be the god who survived the war of the archons
@@milka-gg3bm But have you seen the zhongli theory? On Wei's channel? It was based on this that I kind of put together my own theory. But thanks for sharing some of yours too. ^^

Alright Bran, paimon being the one who resets the samsara as per the note on tower island doesn't make any sense. While it is a samsara, its not like time reversal, each samsara is different. Thus if paimon reset the samsara at the end we, the traveler, wouldnt be here, we would still leave.
i’m honestly thinking about the weird coincidence that we end up in each nation just as a different fatui harbinger is there attempting to take the gnosis? we could charge that one to for the sake of the story they are there but also…
I don't think we should write it off that way - nothing in Genshin is random or coincidence. Even gameplay mechanics like waypoint placement and wishing are tied to lore deeply. Something as huge as the fact that these major things happen only when we are present MUST have a lore reason. The Traveler either has a profound connection and impact on Fate itself in Teyvat, or the Tsaritsa has carefully orchestrated everything to coincide with our movements.
This made me think. Yk when sibling said "once you have travelled through this world as I did, you will see for yourself the true nature of this world"? What if they where talking about samsara cycles? If sibling has lived through a samsara cycle, it would make sense for them to know it as teyvat's "true nature" as no one else has the ability to remember the true history apart from us and celestia. Idk, just a thought. Lmk what yall think of this theory lmao
funny voiceline is about when she asks traveler how traveller makes his sword disappear and reappear Traveller instantly: How do you also disappear and reappers. She is like, hmmmm I don't know I can just do it and traveller is like Same with mine😂😂😂😂. The fun fact is both has something common (where one is body and other is sword) hinting she is also descender. Just want to know when will genshin start to open the book of Paimon.
Heya bran, i dont know if you still remember me but you were the one who got me Itto, Redhorn, C2 Nahida and maybe more, its been awhile and i might watch your streams once again, missed your streams and ur wholesomeness Bran, and hopefully u notice this
With the melusines I’m not sure what to think of the twins and Paimon. Paimon gets described as something extending to the sky as the twins are compared to a monster able to devour this world…. I’m starting to question what our role actually is. Then in Fontaine’s finale, while furina and us are talking we call ourselves a witness..? What *are* we? And why is what’s happening, happening?
IF Paimon is the Primordial One, I suppose she'd have left the Sustainer to keep Celestia running, since she'd know that when she used up all her power, she'd no longer be able to run things. Ugh, I'm not used to having to wait for months or years to finish a story. ;.;
I think it is much more crazy, I think each descender represent a plane of reality. So Void Light and Abyssal realm. The third Descenders remains was used to build Theyvat now I believe that Descender had the reality of dreams, which means Theyvat is built on a reality of dreams. Now the Void Realm is connected to the Dream Realm through the Leyline network. The Void realm has the memories from the stars and it can make memories into reality. See I dont think the world survived the Cataclysm therefore Theyvat is just a memory of what that planet used to look like. The problem is that the fabric of Theyvat is still a dream. So you now have real people "made" from Irminsul living inside a dream their fate is guided by stars which were stolen and hidden deep down in the Abyss meaning it is impossible to physically change your own fate. This was done so humans never was able to travel outside the FIrnament and endanger Theyvat once more like in the Cataclysm. Some people would call that slavery if humanity has no free will we are no longer considered humans. The Light realm should represent the traveller and it should be possible to change reality into light instead of Void. This is most likely through alchemy in Genshin. Now Theyvat has solved this conundrum with resetting humanities memory for each cycle otherwise Theyvat would be Hell but since nobody can remember what they have tried, no one can break the cycle, that is why Zhongli is looking for a better way to record history. One Khaenriahn has told one of the archons why they suffer from erosion, khaenriahns are immortal and do not suffer from erosion therefore he too should be a "witness", She has decided to rebel against the gods with an army at her side. The Fatui live or die to free humanity and awaken from the nightmare that is Theyvat.

Hypostasis Codenames = The Story? Anemo - Beth - Bet represents the beginning of duality, a giver (the Creator) and a receiver (the created world) Geo - Gimel - It represents kindness and cultivation, the organic nurturance that causes things to grow.
It feels like cinematic movie plus samsung release video
My Kcarc Pot theory:
The Traveler is Dain and the Abyss Sibling (AS) is the Sustainer.
Fun fact: after doing 4.2 archon quest i did neuvillette story quest he did not leave note for furina.I love small details like this
I found wei videos and explanations more enjoyable than other lore crafter ❤😂
Respect to this guy he didn't even skip the sponsorship in that video 😭😂😂😂
i suggest more about wei theory , specially about Traveler being Aeon in hsr
and the identity of Descenders
I have 3 favourite genshintuber,
Wei, because he's the best theorists (not terrorist)
Mujin, because his laugh is killing me every time
And you because you react to them 😂
For real I love your videos
I'm more concerned about what will happen to the twin (aka abyss princess/prince) in the future.
At the end of the sweet medam dish gonna save entire teyvat.
Wei just uploaded new video too..please watch...in that video he talk about all the decender
Some of his cooking are great. Sometimes he made a chicken meal but it doesn't really taste like chicken. There are also times that he said some of his cooking are nice but later he would contradict himself and said the cooking is not nice.
Venti said godhood person called "Genshin" on korean
Alright Bran, paimon being the one who resets the samsara as per the note on tower island doesn't make any sense. While it is a samsara, its not like time reversal, each samsara is different. Thus if paimon reset the samsara at the end we, the traveler, wouldnt be here, we would still leave.
In this video, i just realized for the first time that the sustainer of heavenly principles is different from the heavenly principles
i’m honestly thinking about the weird coincidence that we end up in each nation just as a different fatui harbinger is there attempting to take the gnosis? we could charge that one to for the sake of the story they are there but also…
I don't think we should write it off that way - nothing in Genshin is random or coincidence.
BRAN PLEASE react to:
Genshin Traveler is an Aeon from Honkai Star Rail by Wei
Its a banger.
Best advertising ever I have seen in my past whole years 🗿
Man I love Wei's new vid style
I am allready crying just imagining the end of the story
This made me think. Yk when sibling said "once you have travelled through this world as I did, you will see for yourself the true nature of this world"?
What if they where talking about samsara cycles? If sibling has lived through a samsara cycle, it would make sense for them to know it as teyvat's "true nature" as no one else has the ability to remember the true history apart from us and celestia.
Idk, just a thought. Lmk what yall think of this theory lmao
YOU NEEED TO WATCH THE LATEST WEI VIDEO THAT WAS AFTER THAT ONE!! ITS JUST SOOOOO GOOD
Wei is the chief plot writer for genshin
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they are. Considering a literal god just yeeted herself to the grave to save her people.
Wei has great edit, but has bad habits for adding jokes out of the blue that makes us lose our focus😂
BRAN and anyone else interested in lore, watch "Natlan's dragons and the Truth about Descenders" by "My Name for now" your mind will be blown
Oh I love Wei's editing style😂😂
If you read the unknown records of attribution then Yeah you know Khaenri'ah theme is Evolution and the world is upside-down
funny voiceline is about
when she asks traveler how traveller makes his sword disappear and reappear
Traveller instantly: How do you also disappear and reappers.
She is like, hmmmm I don't know I can just do it and traveller is like Same with mine😂😂😂😂.
The fun fact is both has something common (where one is body and other is sword)
hinting she is also descender.
Just want to know when will genshin start to open the book of Paimon.
The god paimon in the new quest of freminent event mhhhh strange
Heya bran, i dont know if you still remember me but you were the one who got me Itto, Redhorn, C2 Nahida and maybe more, its been awhile and i might watch your streams once again, missed your streams and ur wholesomeness Bran, and hopefully u notice this
"my name for now" theories are crazy too at times
So that explains Paimon's big appetite. You gotta restore your power one way or another.
Wei is cooking so hard
IF Paimon is the Primordial One, I suppose she'd have left the Sustainer to keep Celestia running, since she'd know that when she used up all her power, she'd no longer be able to run things. Ugh, I'm not used to having to wait for months or years to finish a story. ;.;
This one was a good video but Wei's last video is the one that left me 😮😮
Okay but now we have confirmation that the third descender is dead so god dang-
6:43 gosh dang it what did they do to our Schnider
Sometimes I feel a bit confused after his lore videos. He can provide proof of his theories however, sometimes I have more questions than answers. All in all he does do a great job with his videos!
Wait thats why paimon is always floating (master of the heaven or just heaven related not touching the floor like celestia always flying)
Hypostasis Codenames = The Story?
Anemo - Beth - Bet represents the beginning of duality, a giver (the Creator) and a receiver (the created world)
Geo - Gimel - It represents kindness and cultivation, the organic nurturance that causes things to grow.
Electro - Aleph - Aleph indicates the Oneness and Unity of the Creator.
Dendro - Zayin - weapon, descender
Hydro - He - represents the divine breath, revelation, and light
Pyro - 'Ayin - Ayin teaches us to see beyond and relates to time. It is the aspect of the visionary.
Cryo - Daleth - door, gate and indicates resistance and the state of selflessness and humility needed to pass through it.
Ehe.
the PrIMOrdial oNe, Paimon is 1 letter off too but there is an a there
@10:24 looks like Dain stole Alhaitham's idle, lol
Playing genshin story you realise that chances of furniture getting a vision arent 0. And the fact Pinokio could have been Raiden also scares me.
you should see the new one. Its even crazier.
Can't wait for the next honkai 3rd video, surely it will come out soon *aware*
3:55 xqc moment
Wait! Who in Teyvat plays Mr. DeWinter (Traveler's husband)? This is vital information! 😄
When did this live broadcast happen? If anyone knows, please reply.
Could you react to the newest theory Wei made?
Edit: I really like your reactions :D
10:25 hell yeah, fuck the sibling.
You got it bad it p.a.i.m.o.n the « unknown god » a stronger version of paimon our emergency snack the « creator » is dead
the string leading to makes sense becase Tevat is upside down Not my theory
New wei video is good
Of all the theories by Wei, this one is the least "out there".
3:15 Okay... wait... wait... so according to Wei the Heavenly Principles is inspired by *Rebecca*?!?!?!
Edit: Okay, I did not expect this comment, which I wrote as a joke to turn out to be exactly what Wei is talking about in his theory literally seconds after I posted it. Lol.
I like your videos bcz u react on about genshin lore🥰🥰🥰
No Wei
Now watch the newest wei video it is also insane
Honestly who knows at this point good theroy though.
But HEY! That's just a theory...
So basically Paimon is the same as The Finality in Honkai Impact
Let him cook
Finally you watch wei .hehehe
I get why The Heavenly Waifu might probably dead.....but......
trying to understand of the theory is very hard because unlike Akeri chan vid, this have too many meme!
When I first had his videos recommended to me, I believed him to be one of those clickbait guys making shit up like the early days of genshin
Mrs de Winter instead of Mrs Maxim, no?
10:33 I would love to see Dain F Guoba 😂
This guy is becoming the xQc of Genshin 😴
Can't wait for all these theories to be false, just like dendro archon being baizhu
Nice contents!
wei is the worst theory maker ever i hate him literally how he mocks characters in name of entertainment and says anything whether that makes sense or not
I’m just confused
Hey bran I'm pulling for cyno wish me luck
Will we get Paimon as a playable character?
