What I noticed was how Wei didn’t go far enough with the stigmata parallels. Per chapter 33 in Honkai Impact 3rd, stigmata record all of human history, including ideals and memory and will (farm artifact materials from two games poggers) and Schicksal forms stigmata through memories and resonance with past events. This is the justification for modern stigmata; they are artificially formed by echoes of the world, significant events of powerful people whose heroic spirits shall be passed down for all eternity in stigma space so inheritors may attain greater and greater powers. In fact, GGZ / Honkai Gakuen 2 goes the furthest with this where there are two orders of magnitude more Valkyries (we see this when Otto orders them to fight a planetary-class Honkai beast, Jyahnar) and stigmata is more advanced because the nutrients are absorbed from every civilization's failure to overcome Honkai until one day civilization will surpass it (this is destroyed by the final antagonist, of course, because he read the villain guidebook and took it seriously). Back from the GGZ thought derail, the stigmata records information / narratives until the faces disappear but the broad strokes of hmanity’s narratives remain. It approaches this with the Classical idea of the Theory of Forms, where Misteln introduces Seeds of Ideas as mere germinations of humanity’s fables, early birds or first apes to her phylogenetic tree entry-they are only capable of repeating information back from all of human history but once they mature into Forms like Misteln, they are capable of further evolutionary progress. She mentioned how humans of the new world order would not mature through a laborious process but rather absorb human ideals, will, knowledge from the stigma inscribed on them. So what if Visions were an evolutionary attempt from stigmata / artifacts toward Gnoses / Herrschers like Project Stigma? The parallel has been there for two games already after all, what’s a third entry into tales of evolution?

It kinda makes sense that Yae already knew what was going on at Sumeru. Because she has control over Sacred Sakura, which is connected to the Ley Lines.
Meaning Sacred Sakura is capable of predicting the future and giving information of what will happen next, and we have Irminsul that is capable of providing information from the past
I find it very weird that both the smartest archons and also the ones with most likely biggest amount of power died together to save their nation and exactly at the same timeline. Not to mention, this Sacred Sakura freed Inazuma from Heavenly Principles. This could be hinting us that Makoto died in Celestia's hands, because if Zhongli survived Makoto should've too

@@nethanelmartinezbisono4973 Makoto had the Electro Gnosis since the Archon War ended 3300 years ago at Inazuma and Liyue. She died 500 years ago, 3300-500=2800
So she had her Electro Gnosis for 2800 years
We can see that Scara was stronger than the whole Sumeru including Traveler with the Electro Gnosis and he had it only for one day. Don't forget that Makoto most likely had the biggest amount of worshippers when she was alive [ Thousands of Shogunate army that died 500 years ago, Bunch of Youkais, etc ]
She was worshipped by the people of Narukami and Kannazuka + Yashiori Island when those were habitable. When you combine those islands, she will get the biggest landmass where those islands were full of her people [ Unlike the others like Mondstadt City, Liyue City and villages, Sumeru City, Port Ormos ]
So if what i said are all correct, she got the biggest amount of buff from her Gnosis.
[ Note : The Sacred Sakura was formed from some of Makoto's power. And its roots spreads all over Inazuma, and saved Inazuma from the Catalysm 500 years ago. Ei did the most though but still, the Sacred Sakura cleared alot of monsters when Ei wasn't at Inazuma ]

Even after all that, Makoto relied on Ei for protection and was not even stronger than Ei. All those things you said proved nothing, she was strong but not as strong as other archons when even her sister who had no gnosis was stronger 💀💀

Ei said Makoto was no martial artist, and Makoto was never confirmed to be a weak god. She was just more suited to be a ruler
Basically no matter how strong you are, you won't stand a chance against a true warrior. Which is why Makoto was the brain, and Ei was the brawn
Her Gnosis is super powerful, obviously She and Rukkhadevata had the biggest amount of power. If you deny this, you just don't like Makoto. Simple as that

About the Dain and the ring he was holding
It's mostly probably reference to Wagner's opera "The Ring of the Nibelung" where we have characters like; Nibelung Alberich👀, Ren Daughters (Rhinedottir) and Gold form which the ring was created
For obtaining the Gold form Ren Daughters Alberich was forced to renounce love
The Ring he made form it allowed him tu turn himself into *dramatic pause* a Dragon and what was the name of Dragon King in the game? Obviously Nibelung
There's a lot more parallels between Khaneri'ah story and this opera but in the end I think the "Loom of fate" operation contains the ring or the power that this ring has which may lead to defeating Celestia and breaking out from Teyvat's Samsara

Have you noticed how Nahida calls herself the moon?
The first time we met Scaramouche in the event, he said the sky was fake. IRL we can’t see the real sky thanks to the atmosphere, so if you think about it, it’s not the real sky. But at night we are able to see the stars, sky, and the moon. In majority of fantasy worlds, the moon is what brings the night. If we were to say that the night shows us the sky, and the moon brings the night, then would that mean that in the future Nahida might play a big role in the endgame of Teyvat.

If we go according to this theory, the traveller cons can be explained by the fact that they evolve as they progress in story or exploration. We don't pull traveller cons from the sky (gacha), cause their evolution data doesn't exist in the irminsul tree branch. In any case the traveller is an enigma to begin with.

Wei also have pointed out before the Sumeru patch that Tevyat is based on Yggdrasil. A Norse Cosmology world where a huge tree connects nine worlds. - That being the 7 Worlds, the Human World and the Ragnarok (Celestia).
Although there's one thing they didn't mention- We also have the Serpent Dragon "Nidhogg" who gnaws at a root of the tree. This Snake was trapped under the tree during the Ragnarok Era. In Poetic Edda, there's this Hawk "Ratatoskr" who lives in the top of the World Tree. Knowing that they both despise each other, this hawk enjoys to running up and down the tree spreading lies between them. One day Nidhogg felt very offended and after his vow to kill the hawk, he shook the foundations of the mythical tree so hard resulting to tremble the entirety of the Nine Worlds and setting himself free of Yggdrasil's roots.
This serpent, Nidhogg represent both "order and destruction". This could also where The Sinner from Genshin Impact be based on despite theorizing being a fellow Khaenri'ah who also lives under any nations of Tevyat. If not Khaenri'ah, this Sinner could be someone more than who used to reside in one nation. This is just a hunch.
About the CYCLE: we know that it's part of nature, especially for tree to cycle every four seasons. Despite Tevyat being means as the ARK. In Bible, before the Cycle or flood, the devils created the false gods, that being Baal, Astarte, Asherah, Chemosh, Dagon, Moloch, Tammuz. (Also 7) along with "ugly" creatures that they also created. They are the reason why the Cycle needs to occur, to cleanse one's flawly work.
In short : it's just like a never ending fight between two people.

a.) you get a achievement saying “Abandon all ye who enters here” which is a dante’s inferno reference. and it says that this (place) is the like the end/where the realms stops.

A manvantara, in Hindu cosmology, is a cyclic period of time identifying the duration, reign, or age of a Manu, the progenitor of mankind. In each manvantara, seven Rishis, certain deities, an Indra ( title for king of heaven) a Manu, and kings (sons of Manu) are created and perish.
Currently 6 cycle have passed and 7th one is going on.
Not to mention Iriminsul also has similarity to Hindu world tree Ashwattha which is said to be upside down tree whose branches absorb quality ( guna) from material world while roots strech to form action of human ( like stars in teyvat)

There are hints in some records near the door to Khaenri'ah in the new area that may elude to the people of Khaenri'ah finding a way to separate themselves from the cycle. This may be why the gods cursed them with immortality, cause if they died, they wouldn't return to the cycle. so it was a final punishment, to say that they would suffer in this world until it finally ended and the next samsara occurred

My thought was the same; is Teyvat a world (branches/leaf) of Yggdrasil, the world tree/tree of life? Because a lot in the game points to it and makes the traveler even more interesting. The twins have this power to traverse the worlds, heading for the different branches/leaves of the world tree. Who or what are they.

    • @Elliarts54
      @Elliarts54 Год назад +3

We know the souls are absorbed by the Irminsul leylines. So I think the place in Hu tao’s story quest is some sort of realm, which crosses bounds between reality and the leylines/leyline energy.
It’s place for people that died, but can’t let go of the life they had. So they go there and when they get in terms with their passing and how things went, they go on and enter the leylines.
It’s not confirmed, but it makes the biggest sense. Since if we look at the young boy, who died earlier then his other three/four friends, we can see him not being fully in terms with his past and wanting to see his friend, but getting lost in Liyue harbour. Then after we entered the place, we see his memories and after we left the domain, his ghost form dissipates, perhaps because he’s come to terms with how his life went by.

The myth that sloths fall by mistaking their arms for branches is actually false! On the contrary, a sloth's grip is so strong, they will stay in the tree even after they are dead.
One sad thing is that if a sloth mom drops her baby from the trees, she will just leave it, because it's too much effort to climb down to get them.
A strange fact about them is that they are pretty good in water. They are good swimmers, and can hold their breath underwater longer than dolphins.
