I'm a diehard Metallica fan, but Avenged Sevenfold is surely one of the world's most badass band ever. My cousin is A7X fan and I am Metallica fan and.. yeah. Lots of respect for A7X!
haters say Lars is a douche..lol. Lars has good taste is music, he has respect for good artists/bands, and he can write more then awesome music. So Lars is by far one of the best people i have seen in metal.
They think Lars suck just because of all the fills he ads into songs. Cut him a fucking he's been doing this shit for 30+ years. I would do it to if I had to play the same shit for three decades. Without Lars or any of the Big 4 there would be no metal music today.

But, a7x's also had a huge influence by Guns N Roses, Metallica, Pantera, Misfits, Pink Floyd or even Jazz & Blues music. So that's why maybe a7x is the most experimental band in rock n roll scene in this era.

No. The entire Hail to the King album was inspired by many different older sounding metal styles that you honestly don't hear much of today. If they "ripped off" one band such as Metallica, then they "ripped off" pretty much every other influential metal and rock band from that era. So shut the fuck up, and either enjoy the music or get out.

Nicholas Stambuck true metallica ripped off megadeth and a7x are quite talented, but i highly doubt they will ever come close to the lvl of metallica, a7x have been around 15+ years and i yet to hear any bands influenced by them. Hell even suicide scilence has influenced bands already.
Doofy MetalusMaximus a7x sold 300,000 copies on their first album. their second album quadrupled that. every album since then has done even better. now awadays i see people from 40 year old women to 12 year old kids wearing their shirts. theyve become incredibly mainstream, they do things for movies, video games, and commercials. plus they are young. theyre all about 30. i think by the time they are old like metallica, they will have surpassed them.

They take inspiration from metallica (this means war=sad but true) Hardwired is a mix of all Metallica album's (spit out the bone and lord's of summer, Hardwired are thrash, now that were dead and murder one, atlas rise are heavy and halo on fire and am I savage are ballads) But AVENGED sevenfold does take inspiration from Metallica but doesn't outright copy them
