The Answer, sticks and stones... looking at the pained expression on the guy's face? I'm feeling like he's sharing a mantra, not just a random quote. His reaction to the music? Now that is almost a confirmation for me when I see the emotional response from him, and how it was the last thing he expected! The validation of his input being heard, and thought about then deemed important enough to be used... not just brushed away? That's the POWER I see happening here. I love this example of how to treat the human beings around us. ❤
