Quin Win Tally Ash: 5 rounds/1 win Price: 4 rounds/1 win Rik: 4 rounds/1 win Jas: 2 rounds/0 wins Let me know which you guys would rather see or if you want me to keep posting both the overall wins and total rounds won.
@@Krageesh There are some small rule differences, as this game is closer to crazy eights than uno. It's the people that make this entertaining though :)
They updated the game recently to have the winner go first now, but I’m not sure if it’s updated so that at the beginning it is randomized Edit: Also in the Quin game description it says all these games (including Uno) are based on the classic game crazy 8s (as many people have ‘kindly’ pointed out).
Who else finds them selves screaming its called crazy eights every time they as a question or talk about what came first or I could play this with a real deck of cards XD
One thing i HATE about this game is that the cards don't order themselves, and you can't order them. I hate how they're out of order both with grouping by colour, and ordering by value.
It would be a very legitimate point this game had over Ubisoft Uno if the player was allowed and responsible for ordering their own cards between turns; it'd give the player something to do at all times. Not to mention that's what you have to do with real cards, after all.
This is a Real game btw, We call it Crazy 8 here in Lebanon You have to place same number or same type. We use 1 shuffled deck of cards. The 8 allows you to change the type And you can draw up to 4 cards if u drew 4 and cannot play you pass. Edit: and if no more cards to draw from you shuffle the ones already played keeping only the one at the top
In france we have a "real" cardgame call huit américains (translate "eight americans") i don't know why this name but in my memory it appeared way before uno and is pretty similar to your Quin... it is fun to play and watch by the way :D
OMG! It's called crazy 8's. it existed before Uno. It was a super popular card game, I grew up playing it. The creator of Uno played crazy 8's but was annoyed by all the different house rules, so he invented Uno to have one set of rules. It did not goes as planned since those house rules were then applied to Uno instead.
I like how someone in chat mentioned have y’all played Hollow Knight yet and Price explaining why he doesn’t like or want to play that game…. And I’m just thinking Rik like 😎😎😎😎😏 lmaooooo
This is very unrelated to this video(sorry) but I would love to see more deep rock galactic gameplay, I believe there have been a good few updates to the game since you last played
UNO isn't the original game either , There was this game I would play when I was a kid, that had the exact same rules as UNO and you also had to say a word when you only had 1 card. They just copied that game and changed the name, so they probably don't have any rights over anything.
How on earth could this be played in person, Price? There is no reverse, skip, draw 2, draw 4, or color changing option in any regular card deck besides Uno. This is Uno MINUS needing to yell Uno.
This game LITERALLY has all the the special abilities you mentioned. And I dont understand how you say it's impossible to play in real life. That's like saying you can't play Uno in real life when you watch RUclips videos of 4 people playing it. And you make the assumption that UNO is the only card game that has these rules. Apparently there's Crazy 8's that has the same rule set that you play in real life but o don't think I've ever played so I cant attest to that.
what a stupid comment, The game is litterally called crazy 8. If you notice all the cards have a real value. This is crazy 8’s rules 8 is a wild card. A suit must be specified. The other cards that are in most variants of the game (it is an old as heck game) Is Queen skips Ace reverses direction 2 is a draw cards Look at the cards. If you removed the colour and special symbols it would be literally playable, since every card has a suit (spade, clubs etc) and each card has a number. You can take any deck, remember the rules and play. I can’t believe you’d be that stupid to be unable to play
Quin Win Tally
Ash: 5 rounds/1 win
Price: 4 rounds/1 win
Rik: 4 rounds/1 win
Jas: 2 rounds/0 wins
Let me know which you guys would rather see or if you want me to keep posting both the overall wins and total rounds won.
This game is a hybrid of uno and normal deck of cards, but it is GREAT!
It's Uno with different design on the cards. Let's not make it more exiting than it is. It's the same.
@@Krageesh There are some small rule differences, as this game is closer to crazy eights than uno. It's the people that make this entertaining though :)
I just noticed on the card, sort of middlish on both edges, there’s teeny writing for the special cards!
Loving y’all play this game!

I think they recorded it before the update ;(
Yes I know, I jus wanted them to know for future that it’s been updated

In Norway it is called "Vri Åtter" (Crazy 8s I believe it's called) with more effects but you do say 'One card left' so QUiN just skips that step.
And now Rik is playing Hollow Knight on his channel
I am in love with this series. Hope this joins Clue and Love Letter in the continuous games you guys play every once in a while

Yep, I learned Crazy 8's as a child in the Midwestern US, too.
it's called last card in New Zealand
Crazy 8s in Canada too.
Rik help Jazzy win than Jazzy help Rik win yaay to #teamwaffle?
There are 2 decks.
When they reach the end, they are shuffled again (even though they are still in your hand)
In france we have a "real" cardgame call huit américains (translate "eight americans") i don't know why this name but in my memory it appeared way before uno and is pretty similar to your Quin... it is fun to play and watch by the way :D
Rik: "Aenne, you're a decent AI." lol

Quin is so good. I'm down if it's the new Gang Beasts.
This game kinda reminds me of crazy 8s
Loving this a nice relaxing game... in regards to family feud though I'd still like to see stumpt vs friends of stumpt
Another thing that separates this from UNO, is that +2 starting card at 12:29 would have gone to Ash had it been UNO
For the one asking how is it legal…I mean crazy 8 has existed a long time ago
i hate seeing them make dumb moves but love them too much to be mad
I’ve been enjoying it!
After all 3 of these vids, I’m starting to think that this is just Intelligent Uno lol
@Theo Given idk. It feels like I a lot to think about, even if the card suits dont necessarily pertain to the rest of the card game
Quin actually resembles an old Russian card game called bridge more than Uno
Haha shot the fron door price.
Maybe have 2 decks, maybe have 3 decks, maybe have 4 decks. Developer be like(idk i just random things automatically)
Ash cards is very strong.
I like how someone in chat mentioned have y’all played Hollow Knight yet and Price explaining why he doesn’t like or want to play that game…. And I’m just thinking Rik like 😎😎😎😎😏 lmaooooo
Can this game be played with randoms? or has to be people you know to join the lobby via password?!
Yes
This is very unrelated to this video(sorry) but I would love to see more deep rock galactic gameplay, I believe there have been a good few updates to the game since you last played
Please can you play viva pinata again I loved that series
My childhood 😭
Stumpt pa tumpt!

Crazy 8's
if you guys want to play Family Feud...why don't you just do 2 v 2?
You guys should play Brawlhalla I feel like that would be really entertaining
hm price said salty here
3rd can you all do more modded Minecraft?
