The back of my Lake does not fold like yours. I still have a huge hole in the back. I can't find any information on telling me how to fold the stern of this kayak. Please help. It's so frustrating. I still haven't heard from ORU.

Yes! did you ever find out what to do about it? It seems water doesn't get in but it sure is terrible....right? ugh... :(

Looks like the assembly is more difficult or time consuming than an inflatable. Thoughts?

It really isn't. You are meant to put the seat in before doing each end which is why he had a struggle to get it in. My Lake takes literally a few minutes to assemble.

You didn’t do it right, on both sides of the kayak, you have to push it more!!!
