Congratulations. It couldn't look any worse. That is also an achievement.

Your sealing treatment of the inner jacket and outer rear quarter was impeccable (better than OEM).
Your choice of royalty free music, not bad... did not make me puke.
The use of screws vs rivets on the flare was... questionable.
Circa 1981 I did a similar mod on my '72 Nova, to clear oversized rear tires (50s and shackles on the back, with 78s in front).
How... I took two front fenders from a junked '79 Gremlin and zip-cut out the hefty "flare" portion out plus about 3/4". I then lap-brazed them onto the rear wheel wells with oxy-acetylene for a permanent bond. Spot putty was all I needed for smoothing before paint.
Granted, my mods were actually required to get the HP on the ground, and not just applied RICE.
That said, lol... if customers want the "appearance" of performance, that's all good.

The gray stuff we used to bond flares to the vehicle is specific panel bonding agent, stronger than welding nowadays and BMW has used similar methods like this to assemble their cars in factory.
The screws were just a necessary evil to keep the flare flush on the panel. They will be removed before I use a small bit of fiberglass filler to smooth out the flare and make it flush like an OEM M3 quarter panel.

@@ZacsAutosports No problem with the bonding agents. I've even used specific "weld-thru" bonding agents (OEM) where we could apply body/frame spot-welds on the bead and "forever" seal it.
As for your "necessary evil", I've seen your work and I know it will be mint, but you know, I have to give you a hard time.
