This band was introduced to me by a korean gurl who played World of Warcraft the online game meet her at myspace. 'Till I've noticed some synergies with my world and the Ambiance of what each song This band offers. By far this song hits the closest. This band is the only one that makes sense to me now.
@baramui I have great hearing, thanks for your concern. But compared to all these artists you speak about using english- Kyo's english is some of the best. And they use English because english is the number 1 language in the world. Many J-rock artists work on their english in music. Also, Glass Skin & Dozing Green were done in english to start appealing to their english speaking audience. If you don't speak Japanese, you don't know what they're saying anyways. So what's the difference?
The second text of this music becomes the contents as if I experienced an earthquake of Japan. This music is made in 2008, and the environmental disruption becomes the theme. I am known so that this music expresses the sorrow of the earthquake.
@TheWeasel133 How can this be a disgrace? Dir en Grey made BOTH versions with a purpose. Kyo's english is beautiful and the way the japanese flows for this song is great for empowered voices like his. The translations for this is completely different as Malice666 said compared to the english. It's not a disgrace because it's still Dir en Grey and it is still their song writing skills. I don't think Kyo, Kaoru, Die, Toshiya, or Shinya would be too pleased if you said that to them :/
@TheWeasel133 this one has japanese subs because it's the japanese version of the song. the one you're talking about is the english version, so it would be kinda pointless putting the japanese subs on the english song, I think (the lyrics of the two versions, japanese and english, are different, by the way)
