去看过 环境是不错,价格偏高了且要与condo 共用出入口
如要格局要符合风水很多地方需要更改
这房子格局是反过来设计的
比较注重风水的可能都不会买
高价买还要花大钱改，感觉不值
风水布局每一位师傅的看法都不一样。

设计很普通，一般设备如厨房，衣橱啥都没有，发展商很抠冂。没介绍有没有给冷气机。花这么多钱买个啥都没给的毛胚屋。不值得。
开发商售卖有地住宅都是没有带装修/家俱的🙂
