ingredients:
500 g beef, 1teaspoon of baking soda, 1tablespoon soya sauce, olive oil, 2 - 3 cloves of garlic , 1 carrot, 2 onions, 1 broccoli (if small you can use 2) ,
➡️❗I like to marinade the beef as shown in the video but if you do not prefer the aftertaste or are sensitive to baking soda please first marinate the beef with baking soda dissolved in a little water for a while than rinse in cold water!
➡️❗While cooking the beef I use 1 spoon of butter to cook the veal, as seen in the video, but the text says "2 spoonful", please note that the correct way is 1, not 2!
White sauce (classic béchamel sauce): 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon flour, 300 ml of heated milk, salt and pepper
Grated cheddar cheese for top;
