We had NCR for chiller installation while installing base frame was damage.
One more we close the SHAFT without doing leak test of HVAC duct in that shaft.
One more due to lack of coordination we contractor close the cieling without finishing MEP work.
Most of the time consultants take money and close the NCR✌🏻
