Ok young lady, I’m trying this tonight for my lunch meal preps throughout the week. I know it will turn out great. I hit that subscribe button so looking forward to more tips and tricks with the Ninja Foodi!! God bless and keep up the great work!
I hope it worked out for you! It is seriously the easiest and best way to do hard boiled eggs in my opinion. I have more ninja foodi recipes coming so keep an eye out for those ! Thank you for subscribing!
I like to take my egg shells and put them in the freezer (or outside if it's cold enough to freeze) and use them later to dehydrate- or, if possible- I dehydrate right away. I then use it as a calcium supplement for my husband and I) AND I will at times, sprinkle it over my dog's cooked meat- since it's not good to give dogs meat. w/o calcium (for digestion purposes). I just store the powder, after I grind it, in the NutriBullet... FREE CALCIUM - thank you, Jesus!
@@mymomlife 2 years later and I still only hard boil my eggs this way. The Ninja changed my life when it comes to eggs. Deviled eggs are terrific!! Thank you!
I am super glad I clicked on this video this woman has solved my egg disasters forever !!! This is the best and only way I’ll ever hard boil eggs again !!! This works so well just follow her steps !! She knows what she’s doing I struggled with eggs my whole life ❤️❤️❤️ thanks so much
I did exactly what you did I did I did quick release which I don’t know if that’s what you did I just bought my foodi a couple days ago so I’m learning. But that’s what I did and I immediately put in the ice bath for about five minutes and it was just ever so slightly undercooked I think I’m gonna go a extra minute next time but it was great. It peeled like a dream!
To peel eggs easily just place them in a small jar with cold water and shake. The water separates the membrane from the egg and shell. Egg slides right out of the shell.
Thanks for the super simple instructions. Our Ninja Foodie Instapot just arrived from Amazon yesterday in time for our weekly food prep. - Easy recipe for Keto peeps.
Thank you for this video I don't have the egg rack thing and took forever to find someone make eggs without it. I feel like I get more eggs made this way than that rack would make so I appreciate this video a ton
Sorry if someone else asks, but is it fine if eggs are fresh out of the fridge, or do I need to get them to room temp first? I'm a novice cook. Thanks for this video!!
Is it necessary to use "high pressure" to cook boiled eggs? And another question: can you stack the eggs 2 layers high? Seems like a lot of waste to cook only 1 layer at a time.
They are straight from the fridge. I use large eggs. I had someone comment that they were just slightly under done for them so keep that in mind if using extra large eggs and maybe add a minute to the cooking time.
Thank you for the video, my eggs cooked and peeled great, like you said. However they are very yellow, the timer stopped but restarted so I wasn’t sure if it was done or not, then again the timer stopped and restarted. I know I did something wrong. My husband said they tasted fine but….. no one wants yellow eggs any idea what I missed?
The timer will count down when cooking and then start from zero counting up when cooking is done. Yes they do turn yellow when using this method. I suggest using a different method if you are concerned about presentation (deviled eggs, or for a gathering...), but for those times you just want a hard boiled egg to eat this is the way to go!
EASIER NON-PEEL EGGS; Cover the eggs with ice/water, put them in the FREEZER for 30 minutes, drain the ice/water and then shake them for however many seconds (a glass-lidded top is best) and they PEEL THEMSELVES!
I've been having trouble cooking hard boiled eggs. I went by the recipe in the Foodi book, cook for 2 minutes and the yolk was runny. I tried this one and the yolks still are not completely done. I wonder how long you can cook them before they are ruined.
Try and up your time in one minute increments until they are done to your liking. Once you figure out the time write it down!! That way you will know for next time!
@@mymomlife Thank you, I will give it a try today. I've already tossed close to a dozen eggs so far. I gave them to our 3 dogs. They like when the eggs don't turn out. ;)
Very nice 👍 I always have a smell from boiled eggs in my fridge. Smells like sulpha; any idea how or why?? Anyway, looks real easy. Thank you for sharing.
4 Minutes Is The Answer
Thanks so much I have finally found a lovely lady with lots of videos on how to use my ninja and this was one of them 🌸🌻
I LOVE it!! I needed 18 eggs for my Thanksgiving dressing!! I got them boiled, peeled, and diced in less than 30 minutes!! Thanks for this video!!
You probably won't see this but did you do 2 layers of the metal racks?
@@kathleenkathleen6381, I don't believe I did. I probably did more than one batch. I'm sorry I don't remember...
So awesome love it and I don’t need to buy. Anything extra
Used my ninja foodie pressure cooker for the first time after watching your video ...so easy , great egg! And the pealing tip worked great!
I am so glad it worked for you! It is such a great way to make hard boiled eggs.

So glad you posted this today! I knew it could be done, but didn't know how exactly. I'll definitely be trying this later!
Awesome way of doing them, thank you. So easy.

Oh ok. Yeah maybe just add a minute. The size of eggs could make a difference too. Just play with it a little. Thank you for watching 😍
I love your red bowl with the yellow inside!
Thank you! It is pioneer woman from Walmart

Ok so your ice bath method was on point!! Holy crap that was so easy. You're my hero
Yay!! I am so glad it worked for you! Thanks for the nice comments!
Thanks for the vid I'm gonna try this! When you peel it, try the spoon method, makes it a little smoother and easier for me :)
Thank you for this video. I watched two others and did not show a simple way like you. 👌
I am glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching
This is so awesome!! I am convinced I need a pressure cooker
Oh yes girl!!! I was so scared of mine haha but now I am obsessed
Thanks but didn't need to watch you peel all of the eggs. Good view. Now I'll I do some.
I am trying it right now 😝 omg
I put in 10 eggs and 4 were cracked when i opened lid. I wonder if i should do it 8 or
9 minutes?
Awesome thank you!
Is that the PS4 main screen start up sound you use as intro?
Sorry if someone else asks, but is it fine if eggs are fresh out of the fridge, or do I need to get them to room temp first? I'm a novice cook. Thanks for this video!!
Fresh out of the fridge is just fine!
@my mom life I have done my eggs in the pressure cooker a couple times now, & they have turned out perfect both times. Thanks for your video!
Is it necessary to use "high pressure" to cook boiled eggs? And another question: can you stack the eggs 2 layers high? Seems like a lot of waste to cook only 1 layer at a time.
It may not be necessary. That is just how I do it. You can definitely stack the eggs. I do that all of the time.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
If you use lite pressure while rolling the egg on the counter will break the shell of the egg making it easier to remove the egg shell from the egg.
Yes! That is a great tip!!
Sous Vide makes perfect eggs any type of way from soft to hard its amazing.
I use the Foodi for speed.
Thank you! So easy :)
When I peel my eggs I crack it then gently roll the egg on the counter which cracks the egg even farther making it much easier to peel the eggs.
This is how I do mine. Someone showed me this method about 35 years ago and I've been doing it that way ever since. It works!
Did you begin with room temperature eggs or were they strait from the refridgerater?
They were straight out of the fridge.
Came out perfect thanks for the video
I'm so glad!
Are the eggs straight out of the fridge or do you let them get to room temperature?
They are straight from the fridge. I use large eggs. I had someone comment that they were just slightly under done for them so keep that in mind if using extra large eggs and maybe add a minute to the cooking time.
What time would you recommend for soft boiled
36 egg diet made easy!! 😁👍

Oh and it was my fist time using the ninja foodie

Perfect, 2👍🏾
Excellent thanks
Can you explain why when I added a cup of water my came up saying " WATER" before it finished??
Hmm...Mine has never done that. That just means the water evaporated before the cooking time. Next time add a little more water.
@@mymomlife Actually I think I forgot to put my rubber seal back on!

thank you.............

That’s just how eggs smell. I usually out them in a covered container so the rest if the fridge doesn’t smell
7 Minutes Some Eggs Cracked & White Poach Coming OUT ! >
Use eggs that are over 3 days old they peel easier. I blow people minds when I peel them one handed.
I followed recipe and my eggs cracked. Going to try low pressure next time.
Good job..I like the quick release..you must have a great husband..nice rock on your finger!😂
