Shapefile to Idirisi terrset file format (.shp to .rst)

unexpected error condition encountered. please check the integrity of the operation performed, the data files used, and the amount of disk space available. The error is happening when i am trying to predict future Land surface temperature using initial and final LST maps after converting it to ASCII format and importing into Terrset software while converting to rst it is showing this error . Please provide possible solution
