What if you don't feel confident and want them to repeat the grade? Also what is an assessment? How do we do that? Where do we get an assessment? I am so confused 😕
Hello, this is my first year homeschooling, here in NY as well, and so I wanted to ask you, how is a written narrative of a progress. report suppose to look like for the following grades,6,8,10 and 11th, and what are the test at the end of the year they suppose to take? Just trying to get familiar with how the homeschooling goes. Thank you.
6th and 8th can do the written narrative as seen, I also have a template in my group Homeschooling in NYC. 10th and 11th must do a yearly assessment, I suggest the CAT untimed. It is all due 6/30. You will send the composite score in (last line)

Hello, since this my first year homeschooling my kids, I wanted to know how is the 4th quarterly supposed to look like filled out for a 6,8,10 and11th grader and if it could be sent first without the yearly assessment test or it has to be sent with the yearly assessment test?
The 4th quarter will look like the other quarterly reports, a quick summary of each subject. You can attach the written assessments for grades 6th and 8th and the CAT composite score if you have them ready, otherwise it can be a separate email

@@melgg5494 the cat test is $20 a piece, yes you can send it with. I would suggest having the older two doing it online
