This particular dish reminds me of one a personal chef made while I was travelling in Mexico (obviously not cooked the same amazing way you smash out every time but she had her own personal flair& it's become one of my favourites)
Her secret weapon was the addition of lightly toasted shredded tortillas at the start which added delightful texture & I think you personally would love it if you love this dish you made. Just a heads up if you were interested cause similar combination of flavours & a solid combination at that. If you try it I'd love to hear your thoughts!

@@notsocoolright8852 The tortillas he mentioned are not the ones you find in a bag of chips. Tortillas in Mexico are naturally made out of corn and cooked like pancakes.
And yes, tortillas aren't chinese because it's mexican, but what he is trying to say is that the Mexican chef's artistry is almost similar to Chef Wang, though he admited that Chef Wang is more artistic. I hope you understand him now.
