    Great idea with the Facebook group. I even stopped the vlog when u mentioned it as I knew I’d have forgotten what it was called by the end! Xx

    Oh honey when you cry it makes me just want to hug you! As for insomnia I have a video about improving sleep 😉 you are getting better at pacing though which I’m so happy to see xx

      I will go and find that video now I'm finally starting to get into a bit of a rhythm but I'm exhausted all day but don't let myself nap but when it comes to bedtime I'm wide awake and can't get to sleep until 1 or 2 in the morning x

      Chronically Jenni yeah it’s so not easy at all! Hope the video helps I also got some cbd spray from a local health food shop and just a little about 9;30 and I’m asleep all night by 11! Xx
