Thanks @stephenbarrow3622! Yes, there are many different approaches as it's difficult to clearly define a line when there is so much diversity in the world. If you want really detailed information generally you are going to have to pay for a text book, I will look into which one would be the best option for this. Otherwise there are some really good resources available online.
