If there's no initiation when there is no shooting already happening it's just scummy. Regardless of if they tried it clearly looks like RDM from hydra pov. Manor are scummy already so its not hard to just assume the worst. Terry robbed a gun from someone weeks ago and ste said on the phone that if someone is robbed fishing that's fair game. Gigi got robbed for 2k fishing and STE called for it back and was looking to war off that. Both gangs are petty and would rather shoot then have any RP.

The biggest problem with this conflict is that Hydra (Flippy) thinks he was shot without initiation during the event. Manor (DJ) has said that he did initiate. The whole fucking reason for the war is because of a potential ooc rule break, so how someone actually roleplays that out is so awkward. It should be dealt ooc if im being real. Manor dont even know why they're at war. IC and ooc.
