Hi there, nice video! I work as a custom framer and just wanted to let you know that there are two main types of foam core. The plastic feeling kind is the cheaper variety, which is not acid free. If you are concerned about the longevity of your pieces, I highly recommend using acid free foam core, which looks and feels like paper. You can get it from art supply stores or custom picture framers. Another thing to consider is that the glass should not rest directly on the fabric, and instead there should be acid free mats or spacers :)
Pins shouldn't be left in the embroidery. After pinning you then need to lace the back and then remove the pins before framing. This is much safer & more secure.

Acid free foam core is available. Framing shops have it.
Does anyone know another technique to attach to the foam core? Really need help
You can run stitching across the back, catching opposite edges of the fabric . It “lashes” the piece down. That holds it down flat.
