Why do people brush there teeth before the have breakfast because it will make the food taste horrible and you get rid of the fresh breath and you will have dirty teeth for the rest of the day I don’t get it
If you don’t then you will likely ingest a lot of the plaque that has built up in your teeth overnight, which is probably not a huge deal BUT in theory that plaque is not god for you, so the best option would be to brush your teeth then wait a while to eat so the minty flavor goes away. Then brush again if you want to, or use mouthwash or something
