How to Setup Reactions Emoji Verification on Discord

- In this video, I show you how you can setup emoji reaction verification on your discord server. With this, new members will have to react on an emoji in order for the discord server to open up.

Thank you so much, I had the error pop up with "Did not find role command group specified" but I re watched the part of the video and did the group at the top which I didn't know you meant by that but, for those to watch this video again and get confused, do the Group name that's next to [ Ungrouped / Home ] in case you get the error.
Me too then i realised that it had to be the group name😂 i kept entering my role name
TYSM, I did have to figure out why the command wouldn't work by myself and it's because my bot did not have all permissions and I had to enable dev mode too, but this actually works guys just make it to the highest perm you can and search a tutorial to enable dev mode if you don't know how :)

uhh sorry to ask, but do u know how i can let other people get to click on the verify button so they can get acess to the rest of the server? The bot says “The bot is below the role, contact server admin”

@@1mafla i know this message is quite old, but did you add the bot to the channel? it might not have the ability to chat in there in order to follow the command.

It worked fine for me just now. Maybe it was updated. Make sure the bot has permissions in that server.
"Did not find the role command group specified, make sure you typed it right, if you haven't set one up yet you can do so in the control panel." Why didn't it work? I followed literally what u did. :/
Role command: 👇🏼(remove the [ ], these are only to separate it from the rest of the sentence)

So u have to set a role group command right? Well that role group command will now be saved on the top next to ungrouped/home well thats the role they want

Idk what I did but all my Channels are open so everyone can see them when they join & they are assigned the role I want but the reaction I want them to react to, to verify in my info and rules page is locked and isn’t showing up for new people so no one can see my info and rules page but they can see all my other channels. Idk what I did 😭😭

yes and then u can delete the message if the emoji appears on ur message

The only problem is, when people click on the emote again, it removes the role again. How can i make it a permanent role? Once you have clicked, it wont be deleted anymore.

i have a question. this verify reaction works on my rules page but the number of people who reacts to it doesnt change? Just stays at 1? It shows 2 when people click on it but goes away. They get the role, just the number of people who have verified themselves, doesn't show up on the reaction. Did I do something wrong?

Nice. Is there a way to set it up so that new members have two steps to joining a server. Ud like the rules to be read and checked also.
You can use the same bot, just adding an extra role to access the rules and other stuff... This one would require your imagination.

I did this exactly my only concern is my voice channels now all have a private lock on them (they all have verified roles for people) is there anyways to get rid of the lock or is that normal
it will have the lock if you denied access to everyone and allowed the verified role... can't get rid of the lock if the channel is private
