This came right after their divorce... 😢 So, I always assumed it was about him. React to her sassy song, "Little Red Wagon." I love Blake and Gwen (grew up on Gwen) but I love Miranda, too. She's really a vocal beast. She also has a popular group called the Pistol Annie's. Miranda has a huge catalog of phenomenal songs. One that's not played a lot is called Bathroom Sink and it makes me cry. It's so good.

I feel like Miranda shares a much fuller story of her life than, say, Taylor Swift. Miranda talks about her ups, her downs, her mistakes, and her lucky breaks. Always feel like I'm getting a peek into what she's really felt at times in her life. So many breakup songs are full of false bravado, or drinking binges, but they don't really speak to the pain of lost love. Best similar song is the Temptations "I Wish It Would Rain". You should check out her work with Pistol Annies - so much sass!

Funny you should say "stuck like glue"... There is an awesome country group called Sugarland that sings a song with that exact title. They have quite a few great songs. The female lead has an incredibly strong voice.

It came from group America in 1974, Kenny Chesney in 1994, her and 2 others rewrote it to fit her. Yes, she was just going through a divorce from Blake, so the song fits, and yes, she has a great voice, and its a great song.
I didn’t hear anything in this that reminded me of America’s song. I chose to view this hoping it would be a cover of that beautiful song.

This was definitely not the best version of this song. It was obviously recorded by a fan. It's hard to even understand the lyrics & that's a shame because it's an absolutely gorgeous song.
