    Chewing more than 60 times, actually works for poor digestion. Chewing process is usually not given much importance by most of the people as they think it merely another task to do. Digestion process starts the moment u put food into your mouth. Chewing makes a huge difference without putting much stress on the digestive system. Try this and see the results for yourself especially if u have problems like acidity.. And most importantly don't drink water after finishing your food. Always drink at least 1 hour later after having your food. Therefore if u are thirsty enough then try to drink water before having food. Follow this, try this at least for 10 days and let me know how do u feel. Stay happy and blessed. Enjoy your life😊
