Digestion process starts the moment u put food into your mouth. Chewing makes a huge difference without putting much stress on the digestive system. Try this and see the results for yourself especially if u have problems like acidity.. And most importantly don't drink water after finishing your food. Always drink at least 1 hour later after having your food. Therefore if u are thirsty enough then try to drink water before having food.
