Chakits you do a wonderful job really appreciate the way you explain things God bless and yes I'm thinking about moving that way from MICHIGAN working on my Ecom business before I make a decision keep pushing forward ✌️
Me too my friend, I'm in Michigan as well. Your comment just floored me. Been thinking about this for a minute. The Lord works in mysterious ways. Wow..God is good.
Ethernet cable is Ethernet cable, not necessarily power over Ethernet, unless connected to a switch that provides PoE and/or data connections. I would not think that most builders provide a switch, just the Ethernet wires back to a home run location where the owner would install a switch. With a PoE switch one can use an Ethernet cable to run power (DC current) to a device, or more typically to run power and data on the same cable to a device such as a security camera.
@@alfazulu6515 I use it when it is available near where I need it because the connection is more reliable than WiFi. Most new homes that Chakits reviews have about 10 Ethernet wires back to a home-run location where the fiber comes into the home to hook up to a fiber-channel modem provided by an ISP. Even for a home that mainly uses WiFi, one would want a WiFi extender to be connected to the main W-Fi modem via Ethernet if feasible. Also, as alluded to in the video, devices that need power like security cameras, etc could use PoE with or without data on the same cable run.

Wouldnt pay a dime more than low $400's. Overwhelmingly overpriced. Bathroom and bedrooms are cubby holes
You will always be priced out of Summerlin. However, there are other great communities like Summerlin for a fraction of the cost.
