Leonard Tow

Dr. Leonard Tow, founder of The Tow Foundation, accepts the Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy during the formal awards ceremony at The New York Public Library on October 16, 2019. Dr. Tow and his wife, the late Claire Tow, determined early on to return their resources to the community that always supported them and enriched their lives.

I think of you and Claire often and the summer 1990 when I cleaned for you. You and Claire were always such an inspiration. I was very sad to hear of Claire's passing, but think of her everytime I pass the theater at Lincoln Center. Stay. safe during this pandemic.
